clear_a fountain_n therefore_o they_o drink_v in_o the_o muddy_a water_n of_o carnal_a joy_n the_o use_n of_o this_o point_n be_v in_o the_o first_o place_n a_o admonition_n to_o all_o young_a man_n to_o take_v notice_n of_o these_o malady_n and_o spiritual_a disease_n be_v in_o themselves_o the_o first_o degree_n of_o our_o heal_n be_v to_o see_v that_o we_o be_v sick_a and_o till_o then_o perish_v and_o merciful_a man_n be_v take_v away_o there_o be_v some_o special_a reason_n of_o the_o variation_n i_o conceive_v it_o be_v one_o of_o these_o three_o or_o all_o the_o first_o reason_n why_o he_o use_v this_o word_n merciful_a man_n in_o the_o latter_a part_n be_v for_o the_o great_a conviction_n of_o their_o stupidity_n they_o be_v such_o as_o be_v not_o affect_v with_o the_o condition_n or_o loss_n of_o righteous_a and_o holy_a man_n nay_o they_o be_v so_o stupid_a that_o they_o be_v not_o affect_v with_o the_o loss_n of_o merciful_a man_n that_o be_v more_o if_o there_o be_v any_o sense_n of_o piety_n they_o shall_v for_o god_n cause_n grieve_v at_o the_o loss_n of_o godly_a man_n but_o if_o there_o be_v any_o sense_n of_o their_o own_o good_a there_o shall_v be_v grief_n for_o the_o loss_n of_o merciful_a man_n general_o if_o it_o be_v possible_a to_o sever_v they_o the_o world_n have_v more_o miss_n of_o merciful_a man_n then_o of_o righteous_a man_n every_o man_n shall_v mourn_v for_o their_o departure_n and_o miss_v they_o though_o piety_n and_o righteousness_n may_v go_v unmourned_a for_o but_o these_o be_v come_v to_o that_o stupidity_n that_o they_o take_v away_o and_o they_o look_v not_o on_o that_o side_n neither_o so_o it_o be_v a_o aggravation_n of_o their_o stupidity_n second_o another_o reason_n why_o he_o vary_v the_o word_n righteous_a man_n first_o and_o merciful_a man_n after_o be_v this_o to_o show_v how_o much_o god_n honour_v the_o work_n of_o mercy_n though_o it_o be_v a_o glorious_a title_n a_o righteous_a man_n yet_o the_o
