when_o they_o meet_v with_o deep_a way_n and_o soul_n and_o long_a lane_n that_o be_v hardly_o passable_a they_o make_v bold_a to_o cut_v a_o way_n for_o 〈◊〉_d and_o break_v over_o the_o fence_n and_o hedge_n to_o avoid_v the_o 〈◊〉_d of_o the_o travel_n so_o they_o make_v a_o way_n of_o their_o own_o not_o keep_v the_o king_n road._n so_o here_o when_o this_o way_n of_o preparation_n be_v too_o narrow_a and_o tedious_a a_o passage_n they_o have_v contrive_v a_o narrow_a course_n and_o compass_v 〈◊〉_d their_o own_o they_o will_v catch_v at_o a_o christ_n and_o press_v on_o for_o mercy_n and_o to_o take_v hold_n of_o a_o christ_n and_o not_o come_v by_o this_o coast_n of_o break_v the_o league_n with_o 〈◊〉_d and_o renounce_v the_o 〈◊〉_d of_o any_o 〈◊〉_d beside_o and_o in_o a_o misguide_a they_o may_v go_v away_o in_o the_o dark_a that_o other_o may_v not_o see_v they_o nor_o see_v where_o they_o go_v and_o thus_o they_o labour_v to_o shift_v off_o the_o pressure_n of_o reason_n as_o hare_n when_o they_o be_v pursue_v they_o fall_v to_o their_o jump_v and_o doubling_n but_o all_o in_o vain_a for_o the_o 〈◊〉_d of_o this_o conceit_n be_v confute_v from_o the_o former_a doctrine_n for_o if_o this_o attraction_n be_v wrought_v by_o the_o impression_n of_o the_o work_n of_o the_o spirit_n without_o we_o though_o in_o we_o then_o do_v it_o not_o issue_n from_o any_o congruity_n of_o circumstance_n which_o may_v call_v forth_o the_o ability_n of_o our_o will_n to_o this_o work_n but_o this_o work_n be_v wrought_v in_o we_o without_o we_o we_o not_o share_v in_o any_o manner_n as_o any_o cause_n thereof_o therefore_o no_o power_n nor_o disposition_n in_o our_o will_n carry_v by_o any_o congruity_n of_o any_o help_n do_v or_o can_v procure_v it_o if_o the_o lord_n do_v by_o a_o holy_a kind_n of_o violence_n destroy_v the_o resistance_n of_o the_o will_n when_o it_o do_v and_o can_v but_o oppose_v this_o work_n and_o therefore_o express_v the_o power_n of_o his_o spirit_n
