1200_o l._n in_o jewel_n 600l_o worth_a of_o clothes_n 500_o l._n in_o ready_a money_n and_o accommodation_n to_o the_o value_n of_o 3000_o l._n in_o less_o than_o 18_o month_n time_n and_o all_o this_o without_o one_o penny_n portion_n with_o she_o have_v not_o only_o desert_v his_o company_n but_o have_v prefer_v a_o scandalous_a petition_n to_o the_o lord_n commissioner_n for_o the_o great_a seal_n against_o he_o yet_o nothing_o material_a prove_v that_o by_o these_o unnatural_a course_n she_o have_v cause_v he_o to_o spend_v 3000l_o in_o this_o and_o twelve_o other_o suit_n at_o law_n by_o which_o mean_v aforesaid_a your_o petitioner_n be_v become_v indebt_v at_o this_o present_a time_n 3000l_o more_o at_o least_o that_o he_o have_v often_o tender_v unto_o the_o say_a commissioner_n his_o willingness_n to_o receive_v she_o and_o to_o give_v any_o security_n which_o they_o can_v require_v to_o use_v she_o with_o all_o love_a respect_n become_v a_o good_a husband_n notwithstanding_o the_o say_a commissioner_n have_v allow_v she_o 300_o l._n per_fw-la an._n alimony_n and_o refuse_v to_o hear_v the_o merit_n of_o the_o cause_n though_o they_o have_v order_v it_o wife_n he_o attend_v almost_o a_o year_n upon_o the_o lord_n commissioner_n for_o his_o relief_n that_o they_o will_v be_v please_v but_o to_o grant_v he_o a_o fair_a hear_n upon_o the_o merit_n of_o the_o cause_n in_o presence_n of_o both_o party_n with_o their_o counsel_n which_o be_v by_o their_o order_n according_o grant_v and_o a_o day_n by_o they_o appoint_v but_o when_o the_o day_n come_v
