and_o great_a god_n and_o especial_o they_o grow_v harden_v and_o abound_v in_o that_o sin_n of_o drunkenness_n see_v for_o the_o sake_n of_o lucre_n many_o will_v sell_v they_o strong_a drink_n but_o the_o abominable_a practice_n of_o those_o who_o be_v guilty_a of_o this_o do_v testify_v against_o they_o 1._o that_o they_o be_v far_o off_o from_o endeavour_v by_o good_a work_n to_o convince_v and_o convert_v the_o heathen_a see_v for_o the_o sake_n of_o worldly_a gain_n they_o will_v feed_v their_o lust_n to_o the_o ruin_n of_o the_o wealth_n health_n and_o soul_n of_o heathen_a 1_o pet._n 2.11_o 12._o these_o be_v tavern_n and_o ordinarykeeper_n for_o heathen_n lust_n 2._o these_o love_n their_o gain_n more_o than_o their_o neighbour_n or_o their_o own_o safety_n see_v they_o can_v but_o know_v that_o many_o outrage_n yeasome_a murder_n have_v be_v commit_v by_o drunken_a indian_n in_o their_o drunken_a posture_n and_o sometime_o in_o the_o family_n of_o those_o who_o have_v sell_v they_o strong_a drink_n or_o at_o least_o the_o hazard_n be_v great_a 3._o these_o love_n worldly_a gain_n more_o than_o god_n and_o their_o own_o soul_n happiness_n for_o if_o they_o have_v love_n to_o god_n and_o to_o their_o own_o soul_n good_a they_o will_v practical_o intend_v the_o glory_n of_o god_n in_o all_o they_o do_v and_o give_v no_o occasion_n of_o offence_n to_o jew_n or_o gentile_n nor_o to_o the_o church_n of_o god_n 1_o cor._n 10.31_o 32._o but_o if_o these_o who_o thus_o practice_n have_v any_o use_n of_o their_o conscience_n as_o a_o witness_n or_o judge_n their_o conscience_n will_v tell_v they_o that_o while_o they_o sell_v strong_a drink_n to_o those_o who_o they_o know_v will_v abuse_v it_o to_o drunkenness_n and_o in_o this_o act_n contrary_a to_o to_o the_o see_v of_o the_o common_a wealth_n found_v upon_o moral_a and_o religious_a principle_n and_o yet_o in_o this_o to_o intend_v god_n glory_n be_v as_o far_o off_o from_o the_o hear●-intention_n that_o the_o heathen_a shall_v be_v the_o rod_n of_o his_o anger_n to_o punish_v these_o cry_a abomination_n the_o sell_v of_o ammunition_n be_v for_o many_o year_n prohibit_v but_o some_o for_o
