and_o by_o his_o glory_n and_o on_o the_o other_o part_n they_o have_v be_v blind_a and_o ignorant_a not_o only_o by_o their_o sensual_a sorrow_n which_o do_v accompany_v vice_n but_o also_o by_o their_o foulness_n by_o their_o doubtful_a care_n insatiable_a desire_n vain_a hope_n grief_n fear_n suspicion_n displeasure_n infamye_n dishonour_n reproof_n loss_n pricking_n torment_n vexation_n and_o infernal_a misery_n the_o which_o be_v find_v in_o the_o way_n of_o wickedness_n and_o much_o more_o in_o the_o end_n but_o especial_o if_o they_o have_v have_v in_o horror_n the_o dishonour_n of_o god_n see_v then_o that_o only_o the_o way_n of_o true_a virtue_n be_v profitable_a for_o the_o chief_a felicity_n and_o be_v in_o themselves_o most_o bless_v yea_o and_o the_o way_n of_o false_a human_a and_o carnal_a virtue_n be_v less_o miserable_a than_o the_o way_n of_o vice_n we_o must_v needs_o say_v that_o all_o vice_n do_v grow_v of_o ignorance_n the_o spring_n and_o root_n of_o all_o error_n and_o evilles_n so_o that_o of_o a_o truth_n so_o much_o miserable_a a_o man_n be_v as_o he_o be_v gluttonous_a lecherous_a covetous_a envious_a ambitious_a proud_a partial_a or_o a_o servant_n of_o other_o vice_n and_o so_o much_o be_v a_o man_n happy_a as_o he_o be_v adorn_v with_o true_a virtue_n neither_o can_v the_o saint_n of_o god_n in_o what_o state_n soever_o they_o be_v find_v be_v right_o call_v miserable_a as_o neither_o the_o wicked_a can_v be_v call_v happy_a although_o the_o blind_a foolish_a frantic_a false_a lying_z and_o miserable_a world_n say_v and_o judge_v the_o contrary_a as_o also_o in_o judge_v the_o wise_a naught_o and_o fool_n good_a it_o be_v deceive_v for_o it_o must_v needs_o be_v that_o a_o man_n in_o asmuch_o as_o he_o be_v good_a in_o somuch_o he_o must_v in_o deed_n be_v wise_a and_o as_o he_o be_v naught_o so_o much_o he_o be_v a_o fool_n blind_a and_o full_a of_o pernicyous_a ignorance_n as_o therefore_a felicity_n cannot_a be_v without_o virtue_n nor_o virtue_n without_o light_n and_o wisdom_n for_o that_o the_o one_o depend_v upon_o the_o other_o and_o they_o be_v link_a together_o in_o such_o sort_n that_o the_o one_o can_v spring_v grow_v nor_o decrease_v without_o the_o other_o so_o also_o misery_n can_v be_v without_o vice_n nor_o vice_n without_o ignorance_n then_o see_v that_o man_n be_v not_o move_v to_o do_v any_o thing_n by_o evil_a but_o by_o good_a only_o the_o which_o good_a be_v not_o find_v but_o only_o of_o those_o which_o walk_v by_o the_o way_n of_o virtue_n as_o also_o the_o evil_n be_v only_o find_v of_o those_o which_o walk_v by_o the_o path_n of_o vice_n we_o must_v needs_o say_v that_o they_o which_o leave_v virtue_n for_o vice_n sin_n through_o ignorance_n whereof_o grow_v all_o sin_n error_n misery_n and_o evil_n and_o forasmuch_o as_o all_o ignoraunce_n hurtful_a unto_o the_o soul_n do_v spring_n of_o the_o ignorance_n or_o want_n of_o the_o knowledge_n of_o god_n as_o of_o their_o chief_a and_o principal_a head_n like_v as_o all_o our_o true_a and_o wholesome_a light_n do_v grow_v and_o have_v the_o first_o beginning_n of_o the_o light_n which_o we_o have_v of_o god_n therefore_o we_o must_v of_o necessity_n say_v that_o of_o the_o ignorance_n of_o god_n grow_v all_o our_o evil_n and_o all_o our_o goodness_n come_v of_o that_o clear_a light_n which_o we_o have_v of_o his_o bounty_n inasmuch_o as_o that_o it_o be_v not_o possible_a for_o we_o to_o have_v a_o lyvely_a &_o clear_a knowledge_n of_o god_n and_o to_o dishonour_v he_o yea_o it_o must_v of_o necessity_n be_v that_o we_o honour_v he_o by_o all_o mean_n that_o we_o possible_o can_v do_v when_o we_o have_v a_o spiritual_a taste_n feel_v and_o light_n of_o this_o his_o goodness_n therefore_o as_o good_a father_n above_o all_o other_o thing_n desire_n &_o be_v delyght_v that_o their_o child_n do_v acknowledge_v the_o great_a love_n that_o their_o father_n have_v bear_v unto_o they_o even_o so_o the_o contrary_n do_v high_o displease_v they_o knowing_z that_o it_o be_v impossible_a that_o their_o child_n shall_v perceive_v and_o taste_v the_o great_a bountifulness_n and_o love_n of_o their_o parent_n towards_o they_o and_o show_v unto_o they_o by_o diverse_a mean_n and_o yet_o to_o offend_v they_o yea_o in_o such_o a_o case_n it_o force_v they_o to_o love_v they_o obey_v they_o trust_v in_o they_o and_o honour_v they_o by_o all_o mean_n that_o they_o can_v and_o so_o if_o the_o child_n of_o god_n have_v not_o the_o light_n of_o their_o father_n bountifulness_n they_o can_v not_o honour_v he_o yea_o they_o shall_v offend_v he_o without_o have_v due_a respect_n unto_o he_o now_o see_v god_n above_o all_o other_o thing_n require_v of_o we_o that_o we_o know_v he_o and_o be_v great_o displease_v when_o we_o be_v blind_a of_o his_o so_o great_a goodness_n &_o love_n show_v to_o we_o by_o so_o many_o and_o exceed_a mean_n and_o this_o because_o that_o as_o of_o the_o knowledge_n of_o god_n grow_v all_o our_o virtue_n felicity_n and_o goodness_n so_o of_o the_o ignorance_n of_o that_o his_o so_o great_a bounty_n grow_v all_o our_o viciousnesse_n error_n misery_n and_o evil_n it_o be_v true_a then_o that_o as_o faith_n inasmuch_o as_o it_o include_v in_o it_o the_o knowledge_n of_o god_n be_v the_o cause_n of_o all_o goodness_n so_o infidelity_n inasmuch_o as_o it_o include_v the_o ignorance_n of_o god_n in_o it_o be_v the_o cause_n of_o all_o evil_a let_v we_o therefore_o pray_v dilygent_o unto_o god_n that_o he_o will_v give_v we_o of_o his_o light_n
