great_a seal_n unto_o it_o deliver_v unto_o the_o register_n to_o enter_v which_o first_o ought_v to_o have_v be_v draw_v by_o he_o and_o then_o peruse_v by_o counsel_n on_o both_o side_n have_v any_o mouth_n yet_o be_v there_o too_o too_o much_o gall_n in_o their_o ink_n and_o wormwood_n in_o their_o decree_n have_v they_o but_o consider_v the_o deed_n of_o covenant_n which_o they_o profess_v they_o have_v peruse_v it_o will_v have_v appear_v very_o evident_a that_o there_o be_v no_o shadow_n for_o so_o great_a allowance_n as_o 300_o l._n per_fw-la annum_fw-la when_o her_o father_n himself_o and_o my_o wife_n also_o make_v to_o i_o a_o proposition_n of_o give_v she_o the_o liberty_n of_o live_v where_o she_o will_v and_o set_v out_o for_o her_o fit_a allowance_n they_o themselves_o do_v desire_v no_o more_o but_o 120_o l._n per_fw-la annum_fw-la depos._n l._n beside_o of_o the_o article_n in_o my_o custody_n which_o they_o cause_v to_o be_v draw_v to_o the_o same_o purpose_n but_o i_o suppose_v the_o lord_n commissioner_n be_v so_o far_o from_o consider_v what_o they_o sign_v that_o they_o never_o read_v the_o deed_n which_o they_o mention_v nay_o i_o think_v i_o may_v safe_o say_v they_o do_v not_o or_o will_v not_o consider_v the_o act_n itself_o for_o alimony_n for_o that_o act_n empower_v they_o to_o give_v only_o such_o alimony_n as_o be_v proportionable_a to_o the_o fortune_n which_o the_o woman_n bring_v and_o that_o also_o to_o be_v raise_v out_o of_o the_o husband_n estate_n whereas_o the_o truth_n be_v she_o have_v not_o in_o all_o her_o proof_n prove_v that_o she_o have_v be_v or_o in_o probability_n can_v ever_o be_v worth_a a_o penny_n to_o i_o and_o as_o for_o that_o estate_n which_o the_o lord_n commissioner_n do_v decree_n unto_o she_o it_o be_v true_a i_o have_v a_o equitable_a title_n unto_o it_o but_o it_o real_o do_v belong_v to_o the_o heir_n at_o law_n until_o such_o time_n as_o i_o have_v perform_v some_o small_a covenant_n insomuch_o that_o mr._n stepkins_n his_o son_n and_o heir_n also_o be_v injure_v by_o these_o proceed_n of_o the_o lord_n commissioner_n for_o which_o he_o have_v often_o make_v his_o complaint_n as_o well_o as_o his_o just_a title_n in_o law_n though_o to_o little_a purpose_n i_o know_v full_a well_o what_o shadow_n the_o commissioner_n put_v on_o this_o deal_n but_o whether_o it_o be_v just_a and_o righteous_a i_o submit_v to_o your_o breast_n and_o that_o be_v thus_o that_o although_o it_o be_v covenant_v between_o mr._n stepkin_n and_o my_o trustee_n that_o in_o case_n
