fellowship_n but_o they_o must_v now_o for_o ensnare_a of_o they_o or_o render_v they_o contemptible_a and_o hateful_a throughout_o the_o land_n write_v this_o letter_n to_o nobleman_n baron_n etc._n etc._n in_o all_o the_o part_n of_o the_o country_n the_o direction_n or_o inscription_n be_v comprehensive_a which_o be_v also_o prove_v by_o the_o deliverance_n of_o these_o letter_n to_o sundry_a such_o in_o several_a part_n of_o the_o country_n and_o by_o their_o stickle_a upon_o the_o receipt_n thereof_o even_o of_o many_o of_o these_o who_o admittance_n to_o church-fellowship_n and_o to_o not_o like_a 1._o because_o at_o their_o former_a meeting_n at_o edinburgh_n the_o twelve_o of_o may_n they_o do_v refuse_v to_o delay_v the_o indict_v the_o diet_n of_o their_o assembly_n for_o a_o few_o day_n until_o some_o considerable_a number_n of_o those_o who_o do_v differ_v from_o they_o may_v be_v advertise_v to_o meet_v notwithstanding_o that_o it_o be_v earnest_o desire_v to_o the_o effect_n that_o by_o mutual_a previous_a conference_n some_o right_a understanding_n may_v have_v be_v beget_v and_o way_n make_v for_o the_o choose_n of_o commissioner_n and_o sit_v of_o a_o the_o debate_n and_o grant_v of_o they_o in_o a_o amicable_a way_n and_o in_o a_o mutual_a free_a meeting_n of_o both_o be_v the_o most_o effectual_a mean_n of_o remove_v difference_n and_o beget_v a_o right_a understanding_n and_o so_o of_o have_v a_o free_a and_o lawful_a general_n assembly_n which_o will_v have_v produce_v a_o unanimous_a and_o effectual_a conclusion_n upon_o these_o proposition_n whereas_o to_o refuse_v to_o debate_n or_o grant_v any_o thing_n by_o way_n of_o friendly_a conference_n or_o constitute_v of_o the_o assembly_n and_o fix_v of_o the_o judicatories_n be_v in_o effect_n to_o deny_v these_o proposition_n and_o make_v they_o ineffectual_a because_o a_o main_a intent_n of_o these_o proposition_n be_v to_o find_v a_o remedy_n for_o the_o wrong_a constitution_n of_o the_o former_a assembly_n at_o dundee_n and_o for_o prevent_v of_o the_o like_a now_o at_o edinburgh_n which_o be_v altogether_o disappoint_v by_o their_o proceed_n to_o constitute_v the_o assembly_n d._n there_o be_v a_o necessity_n of_o a_o protestation_n because_o the_o desire_n of_o delay_v the_o constitution_n of_o the_o assembly_n until_o there_o may_v be_v a_o previous_a conference_n be_v so_o peremptory_o and_o needless_o reject_v e._n the_o choice_n be_v not_o free_a because_o the_o letter_n of_o their_o commission_n from_o their_o meeting_n at_o edinburgh_n in_o may_n do_v contain_v a_o pre-limitation_n appoint_v the_o election_n to_o be_v make_v according_a to_o a_o rule_n which_o do_v include_v the_o act_n and_o constitution_n of_o the_o
