to_o bring_v in_o a_o impertinent_a kind_n of_o wisdom_n where_o man_n love_v better_a to_o speak_v uncivil_o or_o filthy_o or_o any_o evil_n of_o his_o friend_n or_o neighbour_n which_o true_o declare_v they_o to_o be_v ashamed_a of_o the_o gospel_n of_o christ_n but_o if_o these_o people_n shall_v dwell_v in_o a_o country_n where_o they_o shall_v suffer_v persecution_n for_o the_o cause_n of_o the_o gospel_n how_o quick_o will_v they_o turn_v their_o back_n on_o christ_n for_o he_o that_o be_v ashamed_a of_o jesus_n christ_n among_o his_o friend_n how_o will_v he_o acknowledge_v he_o among_o his_o enemy_n he_o that_o in_o a_o garden_n or_o in_o company_n at_o table_n dare_v not_o speak_v of_o jesus_n christ_n how_o dare_v he_o defend_v he_o be_v torture_v or_o in_o the_o fire_n how_o can_v he_o sustain_v adversity_n that_o be_v thus_o corrupt_a in_o prosperity_n in_o like_a sort_n when_o a_o stormy_a wind_n blow_v upon_o a_o tree_n that_o be_v lade_v with_o fruit_n and_o rot_a at_o the_o heart_n it_o present_o fall_v so_o when_o the_o wind_n of_o persecution_n get_v up_o we_o see_v present_o those_o which_o have_v their_o heart_n thus_o corrupt_v with_o hypocrisy_n or_o which_o hold_v not_o of_o jesus_n christ_n but_o by_o custom_n or_o for_o humane_a consideration_n how_o can_v they_o stand_v and_o thereupon_o when_o i_o read_v the_o history_n of_o martyr_n the_o virtue_n of_o who_o even_o at_o this_o day_n sustain_v our_o vice_n who_o in_o our_o ancestor_n time_n have_v be_v so_o liberal_a of_o their_o blood_n and_o so_o thirsty_a for_o god_n glory_n i_o find_v that_o they_o die_v more_o willing_o than_o we_o now_o speak_v of_o the_o gospel_n and_o that_o they_o pour_v out_o their_o blood_n more_o willing_o for_o the_o glory_n of_o god_n than_o we_o at_o this_o day_n spend_v our_o money_n for_o his_o service_n in_o such_o sort_n that_o if_o any_o one_o of_o those_o good_a servant_n of_o god_n which_o have_v plant_v the_o church_n during_o
