novel_a dysseson_n may_v not_o make_v attorney_n heretofore_o it_o be_v agreyd_v that_o the_o tenaunte_n in_o assize_n of_o novel_a dysseson_n from_o hensforthe_o may_v make_v attorney_n yet_o the_o king_n intendyth_v not_o hereby_o that_o the_o tenaunte_n and_o defendaunte_n in_o assize_n of_o novel_a dysseson_n shall_v plede_n by_o bayllyfe_n at_o their_o own_o pleasure_n as_o they_o have_v be_v award_v for_o to_o cause_v such_o wytness_n to_o appear_v as_o before_o have_v be_v use_v so_o that_o if_o none_o of_o they_o come_v in_o at_o the_o great_a dystresse_n return_v or_o if_o it_o be_v return_v that_o they_o have_v nothing_o or_o that_o they_o can_v not_o be_v find_v yet_o the_o take_v of_o the_o inqueste_n shall_v not_o be_v defer_v by_o the_o absence_n of_o such_o wytness_n and_o if_o the_o wytness_n do_v come_v in_o at_o the_o great_a dystresse_n and_o the_o inquest_n for_o some_o cause_n remain_v untaken_v the_o wytness_n that_o come_v in_o shall_v have_v like_o day_n give_v they_o as_o be_v assign_v for_o the_o take_n of_o the_o inqueste_n at_o which_o day_n if_o the_o wytness_n do_v not_o appear_v the_o issue_n that_o be_v first_o return_v â–ª_o upon_o they_o shall_v be_v forfayte_v and_o the_o take_v of_o the_o inquest_n shall_v not_o be_v defer_v because_o of_o their_o absence_n and_o for_o absence_n of_o wytness_n dwelling_n within_o fraunchyse_n where_o the_o king_n wrytte_n origynall_a do_v not_o lie_v the_o take_v of_o a_o inqueste_n shall_v not_o be_v defer_v and_o where_o it_o be_v contain_v in_o a_o statute_n make_v at_o westmynster_n the_o secound_a day_n of_o apryll_n the._n xxvii_o year_n of_o the_o reign_n of_o the_o king_n father_n that_o now_o be_v that_z inqueste_n and_o recognysaunce_n take_v before_o the_o iustyce_n of_o each_o bench_n shall_v be_v take_v before_o any_o justice_n of_o the_o place_n accompany_v with_o some_o knight_n of_o the_o shire_n where_o such_o inqueste_n hap_n to_o be_v take_v if_o they_o have_v not_o need_v of_o great_a examination_n and_o that_o in_o such_o inqueste_n the_o iustyce_n shall_v do_v as_o they_o shall_v think_v most_o expedyent_a for_o the_o weal_n of_o the_o realm_n the_o
