from_o within_o which_o weaken_v and_o may_v dissolve_v a_o government_n he_o inform_v of_o a_o destructive_a cause_n and_o that_o be_v a_o foreign_a or_o intestine_a war_n wherein_o the_o enemy_n obtain_v a_o final_a victory_n so_o that_o the_o sovereign_n can_v protect_v his_o subject_n in_o their_o loyalty_n this_o indeed_o may_v cut_v off_o a_o line_n change_v the_o governor_n and_o alter_v the_o form_n of_o government_n yet_o in_o all_o this_o the_o community_n may_v continue_v and_o never_o be_v like_o a_o subject_a matter_n without_o any_o form_n but_o the_o government_n may_v be_v the_o same_o and_o the_o governor_n only_o alter_v nay_o the_o constitution_n may_v stand_v firm_a and_o the_o administration_n only_o vary_v or_o if_o the_o the_o form_n be_v change_v yet_o the_o privation_n of_o the_o former_a be_v a_o introduction_n of_o the_o latter_a here_o it_o be_v confess_v that_o when_o the_o power_n of_o protection_n fail_v in_o the_o sovereign_n obligation_n in_o
