another_o time_n this_o irregular_a malicious_a proceed_v will_v bear_v a_o action_n the_o pursue_a malicious_a way_n to_o obtain_v a_o right_n make_v a_o man_n obnoxious_a to_o the_o action_n of_o the_o party_n so_o prosecute_v i_o desire_v to_o express_v myself_o by_o word_n that_o may_v declare_v my_o meaning_n as_o plain_o as_o can_v be_v and_o i_o hope_v i_o do_v so_o then_o gentlemen_z take_v it_o thus_o as_o the_o counsel_n for_o the_o plaintiff_n say_v to_o show_v that_o the_o defendant_n have_v no_o probable_a cause_n of_o action_n against_o the_o plaintiff_n they_o endeavour_v
