breach_n or_o non-performance_n of_o what_o be_v or_o be_v on_o their_o part_n to_o be_v perform_v since_o their_o article_n be_v grant_v now_o the_o parliament_n have_v declare_v if_o not_o adjudge_v sir_n john_n stawell_n not_o to_o be_v admit_v to_o compound_v have_v adjudge_v or_o declare_v that_o sir_n john_n have_v forfeit_v his_o article_n either_o by_o breach_n or_o non-performance_n either_o of_o which_o judgement_n or_o declaration_n the_o court_n of_o article_n can_v not_o draw_v into_o question_n and_o therefore_o be_v sir_n john_n within_o that_o proviso_n and_o without_o
