faulty_a they_o be_v 100_o time_n as_o faulty_a absque_fw-la hoc_fw-la that_o he_o the_o say_v edmond_n plowden_n the_o say_a day_n and_o year_n during_o the_o say_a parliament_n without_o licence_n of_o the_o say_a king_n and_o queen_n and_o the_o court_n aforesaid_a do_v contemtuous_o depart_v in_o contempt_n of_o the_o say_a king_n and_o queen_n and_o their_o commandment_n and_o inhibition_n and_o to_o the_o great_a detriment_n of_o the_o common-weal_n and_o state_n of_o this_o kingdom_n etc._n etc._n all_o these_o thing_n he_o plead_v which_o your_o lordship_n know_v to_o be_v a_o very_a i_o to_o tell_v what_o he_o can_v say_v mr._n just_o jones_n then_o you_o reserve_v it_o whole_o in_o your_o own_o judgement_n whether_o he_o be_v a_o material_a witness_n or_o no_o mr._n fitz-harris_n if_o my_o lord_n chief-justice_n please_v i_o will_v acquaint_v he_o in_o private_a with_o it_o mr._n att._n general_n i_o never_o see_v any_o good_a effect_n of_o these_o private_a material_a or_o not_o i_o know_v very_o well_o my_o lord_n in_o the_o old-bailey_n when_o the_o priest_n do_v urge_v it_o that_o they_o have_v witness_n beyond_o sea_n in_o other_o country_n they_o be_v not_o suffer_v to_o delay_v their_o trial_n upon_o such_o a_o pretence_n we_o must_v submit_v it_o to_o your_o lordship_n discretion_n but_o we_o suppose_v it_o will_v not_o be_v a_o fitz-harris_n i_o hope_v his_o solicitor_n may_v come_v to_o he_o to_o take_v instruction_n how_o to_o send_v for_o his_o witness_n mr._n just_o jones_n you_o can_v tell_v how_o to_o do_v that_o sure_o without_o a_o solicitor_n l._n c._n j._n just_o as_o the_o last_o rule_n be_v let_v there_o be_v another_o rule_n make_v for_o he_o must_v have_v all_o just_a advantage_n to_o enable_v he_o for_o his_o defence_n mr._n fitz-harris_n i_o hope_v i_o shall_v have_v a_o rule_n of_o court_n to_o make_v my_o witness_n appear_v mr._n just_o dolben_n that_o you_o may_v have_v without_o motion_n l._n c._n j._n we_o will_v give_v you_o any_o thing_n that_o will_v enable_v you_o to_o make_v a_o fair_a defence_n cl._n of_o cr._n he_o shall_v have_v subpoenas_a for_o his_o witness_n l._n c._n
