fallacious_a instance_n for_o a_o oath_n be_v a_o invocation_n of_o a_o true_a or_o false_a god_n to_o judge_v in_o a_o case_n be_v a_o action_n of_o a_o spiritual_a and_o religious_a nature_n what_o ever_o the_o subject_a matter_n be_v about_o which_o it_o be_v take_v whether_o civil_a or_o religious_a but_o a_o law_n or_o constitution_n may_v be_v civil_a or_o religious_a as_o the_o subject_n about_o which_o it_o be_v conversant_a be_v either_o civil_a mere_o concern_v body_n or_o good_n or_o religious_a concern_v soul_n and_o worship_n chap._n xciv_o peace_n their_o five_o head_n be_v concern_v the_o magistrate_n power_n in_o make_v of_o law_n first_o they_o have_v power_n to_o publish_v and_o apply_v such_o civil_a law_n in_o a_o state_n as_o either_o be_v express_v in_o the_o free_a people_n but_o by_o their_o free_a consent_n and_o because_o free_a man_n be_v not_o free_a lord_n of_o their_o own_o estate_n but_o be_v only_a steward_n under_o god_n therefore_o they_o may_v
