the_o receive_n of_o some_o new_a form_n of_o government_n according_a to_o the_o fancy_n of_o the_o common_a people_n have_v therefore_o with_o false_a principle_n endeavour_v to_o found_v the_o original_n of_o all_o sovereignty_n in_o the_o people_n as_o hope_v thereby_o to_o find_v mean_n to_o pluck_v it_o out_o of_o the_o king_n hand_n he_o than_o proceed_v to_o persuade_v that_o not_o only_o natural_a reason_n but_o even_o the_o frame_n of_o the_o kingdom_n and_o the_o positive_a law_n thereof_o do_v all_o concur_v to_o maintain_v the_o high_a sovereignty_n to_o be_v in_o the_o people_n but_o when_o he_o shall_v make_v that_o apparent_a by_o the_o manifest_a judgement_n and_o act_n of_o our_o law_n not_o be_v able_a to_o do_v that_o he_o seek_v by_o sly_a insinuation_n to_o so_o far_o from_o be_v true_a that_o most_o country_n have_v find_v the_o art_n and_o order_n of_o assembly_n wherein_o the_o people_n may_v assume_v the_o power_n of_o do_v themselves_o right_a as_o assure_v we_o when_o in_o his_o fast_n and_o loose_a play_n he_o unaware_o confess_v that_o the_o composition_n of_o our_o parliament_n be_v so_o equal_a and_o geometrical_a and_o all_o part_n so_o orderly_o contribute_v their_o office_n as_o that_o no_o part_n can_v have_v any_o extreme_a predominance_n over_o other_o this_o be_v most_o true_a that_o he_o confess_v god_n grant_v that_o no_o endeavour_n to_o the_o contrary_n may_v ever_o deprive_v the_o kingdom_n of_o the_o right_a benefit_n of_o this_o happy_a and_o well_o compose_v ordinance_n but_o now_o then_o if_o our_o parliament_n be_v ordain_v assembly_n compose_v of_o three_o necessary_a different_a part_n one_o sovereign_a the_o other_o subject_a some_o appear_v for_o their_o own_o interest_n other_o representative_o for_o
