lay_v aside_o as_o null_n and_o void_a that_o if_o the_o bastardy_n be_v prove_v pontyngdon_n shall_v be_v for_o ever_o bar_v to_o sue_v hereafter_o and_o if_o not_o prove_v but_o that_o his_o savour_n only_o magni_fw-la nominis_fw-la umbra_fw-la a_o name_n of_o peerage_n without_o ability_n to_o help_v themselves_o or_o
a_o desire_n to_o relieve_v they_o but_o second_o we_o must_v distinguish_v between_o a_o fact_n not_o be_v a_o crime_n in_o the_o eye_n of_o the_o law_n which_o be_v neither_o malum_fw-la in_o se_fw-la nor_o malum_fw-la prohibitum_fw-la and_o when_o the_o fact_n itself_o be_v odious_a and_o punishable_a by_o all_o law_n of_o god_n and_o man_n only_o a_o circumstance_n as_o the_o place_n
