profess_v that_o as_o when_o the_o proposition_n be_v offer_v to_o he_o at_o newcastle_n he_o can_v not_o agree_v to_o some_o of_o they_o without_o violation_n of_o his_o conscience_n and_o honour_n so_o neither_o can_v he_o agree_v to_o other_o of_o they_o now_o conceive_v they_o more_o disproportionable_a to_o the_o present_a condition_n of_o affair_n then_o when_o they_o be_v former_o present_v to_o he_o as_o be_v destructive_a to_o the_o principal_a interest_n of_o the_o army_n so_o that_o his_o majesty_n dis-agreeing_a be_v now_o more_o enlarge_v and_o of_o a_o great_a latitude_n than_o before_o if_o his_o majesty_n former_a answer_n to_o the_o proposition_n be_v just_o conceive_v to_o be_v unsatisfactory_a in_o point_n of_o religion_n this_o last_o do_v much_o less_o satisfy_v for_o although_o his_o majesty_n do_v not_o in_o his_o former_a answer_n agree_v to_o the_o covenant_n and_o other_o material_a proposition_n concern_v religion_n yet_o there_o be_v in_o have_v not_o so_o much_o decrease_v in_o profession_n as_o increase_v in_o design_n and_o practice_n against_o this_o cause_n and_o covenant_n sure_o they_o who_o be_v dis-affected_n in_o this_o nation_n be_v many_o be_v as_o malicious_a as_o before_o when_o very_o short_o after_o the_o expedition_n into_o england_n perceive_v no_o force_n within_o the_o kingdom_n to_o resist_v they_o they_o take_v arm_n and_o disturb_v the_o public_a peace_n and_o if_o they_o be_v so_o ready_a to_o stir_v when_o that_o army_n be_v but_o out_o of_o the_o kingdom_n how_o much_o more_o if_o it_o shall_v be_v disband_v some_o enemy_n be_v still_o in_o the_o field_n and_o in_o actual_a rebellion_n within_o this_o kingdom_n and_o there_o be_v too_o great_a cause_n to_o fear_v that_o many_o other_o who_o retain_v their_o former_a principle_n and_o continue_v in_o their_o former_a design_n against_o this_o cause_n shall_v not_o be_v slow_a to_o take_v up_o arm_n if_o your_o lordship_n lay_v they_o down_o and_o so_o much_o the_o more_o may_v this_o be_v expect_v because_o as_o their_o pride_n and_o insolency_n be_v of_o late_o grow_v more_o intolerable_a upon_o hope_n of_o disband_v the_o army_n so_o there_o be_v many_o of_o they_o enrage_v as_o bear_v rob_v of_o their_o whelp_n or_o as_o wolf_n of_o the_o evening_n be_v also_o desperate_a of_o mend_v their_o break_a estate_n except_o it_o be_v i●_n public_a combustione_n other_o of_o they_o be_v animate_v and_o employ_v by_o the_o great_a favour_n and_o indulgence_n which_o have_v be_v show_v towards_o they_o in_o their_o delinquency_n
