have_v then_o and_o since_o by_o the_o declaration_n and_o remonstrance_n of_o the_o parliament_n concerning_o these_o military_a matter_n and_o by_o other_o book_n late_o publish_v it_o be_v most_o apparent_a that_o they_o have_v not_o usurp_v upon_o his_o majesty_n prerogative_n but_o what_o they_o have_v do_v be_v agreeable_a to_o the_o practice_n of_o former_a parliament_n in_o put_v the_o militia_n fort_n and_o navy_n into_o safe_a hand_n in_o these_o time_n of_o danger_n and_o that_o it_o be_v therefore_o lawful_a for_o they_o yea_o necessary_a to_o take_v up_o these_o defensive_a arm_n and_o consequent_o to_o call_v in_o for_o supply_v from_o all_o such_o who_o shall_v share_v with_o they_o in_o the_o benefit_n of_o preservation_n and_o to_o disable_v such_o from_o hurt_v they_o who_o be_v contrary_a mind_v i_o spend_v no_o time_n to_o answer_v the_o objection_n that_o some_o make_v that_o his_o majesty_n can_v not_o tarry_v at_o london_n with_o safety_n of_o his_o person_n that_o the_o lord_n and_o commons_o that_o be_v with_o he_o be_v drive_v away_o by_o popular_a tumult_n and_o can_v not_o enjoy_v freedom_n of_o their_o vote_n etc._n etc._n because_o i_o see_v in_o england_n so_o many_o lord_n and_o commons_o even_o after_o their_o solemn_a protestation_n to_o defend_v the_o privilege_n of_o parliament_n and_o their_o own_o vote_n that_o his_o
