concern_v these_o but_o such_o as_o be_v on_o this_o side_n heaven_n in_o this_o land_n of_o the_o live_n in_o this_o valley_n of_o misery_n and_o be_v afflict_v revile_v persecute_v abuse_a as_o if_o they_o be_v forsake_v not_o only_o of_o man_n but_o of_o heaven_n too_o whether_o the_o reward_n of_o heaven_n thing_n invisible_a and_o unseen_a out_o of_o their_o reach_n and_o sight_n and_o for_o which_o they_o have_v nothing_o to_o show_v but_o a_o few_o line_n in_o a_o book_n call_v the_o bible_n whether_o such_o thing_n as_o these_o can_v be_v just_a cause_n of_o joy_n and_o gladness_n and_o to_o person_n who_o be_v despicable_a and_o miserable_a and_o perhaps_o make_v the_o offscouring_a of_o all_o thing_n this_o be_v the_o point_n i_o be_o to_o prove_v and_o therefore_o 2._o that_o these_o reward_n of_o heaven_n as_o much_o out_o of_o sight_n as_o they_o be_v have_v be_v and_o be_v matter_n of_o joy_n and_o gladness_n to_o wise_a rational_a and_o inquisitive_a person_n promise_v such_o reward_n and_o reward_n so_o great_a so_o wonderful_a as_o that_o book_n speak_v of_o to_o person_n due_o qualify_v than_o such_o a_o man_n have_v sufficient_a reason_n to_o rejoice_v in_o the_o hope_n and_o expectation_n of_o it_o and_o that_o what_o the_o bible_n say_v of_o these_o reward_n be_v the_o express_a word_n and_o promise_n of_o god_n be_v evident_a from_o hence_o because_o the_o several_a writer_n of_o that_o book_n and_o particular_o the_o assertor_n of_o these_o reward_n who_o prevarication_n and_o aberration_n from_o the_o truth_n can_v never_o be_v prove_v do_v peremptory_o affirm_v it_o and_o that_o they_o affirm_v nothing_o but_o the_o truth_n the_o miracle_n they_o wrought_v before_o whole_a multitude_n in_o confirmation_n of_o what_o they_o say_v and_o the_o truth_n of_o which_o have_v be_v convey_v and_o hand_v down_o from_o age_n to_o age_n and_o seal_v with_o a_o thousand_o and_o a_o thousand_o death_n do_v sufficient_o demonstrate_v and_o as_o true_a miracle_n can_v be_v nothing_o but_o the_o effect_n of_o a_o omnipotent_a power_n so_o it_o be_v absurd_a to_o think_v that_o god_n will_v lend_v or_o vouchsafe_v his_o omnipotent_a power_n to_o confirm_v a_o lye_n and_o we_o may_v as_o well_o question_v the_o public_a act_n and_o edict_n in_o such_o a_o king_n reign_n who_o live_v two_o or_o three_o hundred_o year_n ago_o attest_v by_o public_a authority_n as_o the_o record_n of_o these_o miracle_n for_o the_o former_a we_o have_v only_o the_o testimony_n of_o a_o single_a nation_n for_o the_o other_o the_o testimony_n of_o the_o whole_a christian_a world_n even_o that_o of_o enemy_n not_o to_o mention_v that_o the_o natural_a dictate_v of_o reason_n and_o the_o light_n of_o nature_n speak_v though_o more_o dark_o under_o and_o their_o secret_a fondness_n of_o these_o outward_a enjoyment_n we_o see_v drown_v their_o joy_n or_o rejoice_v in_o these_o reward_n though_o i_o know_v heaven_n at_o such_o time_n be_v often_o talk_v of_o yet_o it_o be_v evident_a it_o move_v not_o the_o discourse_n may_v be_v amuse_n the_o party_n or_o for_o the_o present_a make_v he_o attentive_a but_o be_v over_o like_o a_o stone_n force_v up_o into_o the_o air_n when_o that_o force_n be_v withdraw_v it_o sink_v to_o its_o mother_n earth_n again_o we_o must_v suppose_v therefore_o that_o he_o who_o can_v rejoice_v in_o this_o reward_n i_o mean_v true_o rejoice_v must_v be_v a_o person_n due_o qualify_v and_o that_o which_o qualify_v a_o man_n for_o it_o be_v a_o lively_a belief_n of_o it_o a_o lively_a representation_n of_o it_o to_o the_o mind_n and_o understanding_n a_o firm_a persuasion_n of_o the_o certainty_n and_o of_o our_o right_n and_o title_n to_o it_o a_o very_a high_a esteem_n of_o it_o and_o a_o actual_a prefer_n it_o before_o the_o satisfaction_n of_o this_o present_a world_n and_o according_o we_o find_v that_o those_o who_o have_v be_v thus_o qualify_v have_v rejoice_v in_o these_o reward_n with_o joy_n unspeakable_a and_o full_a of_o glory_n as_o we_o see_v 1_o pet._n i._n 8._o but_o 4._o beside_o this_o there_o be_v two_o qualification_n more_o which_o very_o much_o promote_v this_o joy_n or_o help_v towards_o it_o and_o that_o be_v 1._o a_o blameless_a life_n 2._o suffer_v in_o the_o midst_n of_o that_o blameless_a life_n 1._o a_o blameless_a life_n a_o man_n that_o live_v in_o sin_n or_o mind_n little_a but_o the_o world_n or_o allow_v himself_o in_o any_o thing_n that_o be_v manifest_o contrary_a to_o the_o gospel_n can_v possible_o rejoice_v in_o these_o reward_n as_o well_o may_v a_o beggar_n rejoice_v in_o such_o a_o nobleman_n estate_n who_o be_v a_o mere_a stranger_n to_o he_o as_o a_o person_n who_o be_v loath_a to_o submit_v to_o christ_n yoke_n rejoice_v in_o the_o hope_n of_o these_o reward_n which_o do_v not_o at_o all_o belong_v to_o he_o purity_n of_o life_n have_v the_o promise_n of_o this_o reward_n and_o therefore_o
