be_v faint_a if_o delay_v 4._o the_o more_o incline_v the_o heart_n be_v to_o the_o life_n of_o sense_n the_o weak_a be_v the_o faith_n like_o thomas_n unless_o he_o see_v the_o print_n of_o the_o nail_n etc._n etc._n he_o will_v not_o believe_v john_n 20._o 25._o so_o unless_o christian_n have_v promise_n bud_v they_o will_v hardly_o believe_v that_o there_o be_v fruit_n grow_v on_o they_o unless_o i_o feel_v the_o sensible_a favour_n of_o god_n i_o will_v not_o believe_v that_o he_o love_v i_o unless_o i_o read_v my_o pardon_n i_o will_v not_o believe_v mercy_n unless_o i_o discern_v sensible_a mean_n i_o will_v not_o believe_v help_n unless_o i_o feel_v sin_n slay_v in_o i_o i_o will_v not_o believe_v that_o god_n will_v subdue_v it_o all_o these_o in_o promise_n affect_v not_o and_o support_v not_o the_o heart_n it_o be_v a_o sign_n of_o a_o weak_a child_n that_o must_v still_o be_v carry_v in_o the_o arm_n when_o a_o man_n persuasion_n can_v be_v wrought_v by_o the_o gather_v up_o all_o a_o man_n estate_n or_o any_o particular_a good_a only_o into_o his_o promise_n into_o his_o own_o hand_n and_o say_v now_o can_v thou_o believe_v that_o i_o will_v be_v good_a unto_o thou_o i_o promise_v thou_o to_o be_v thus_o and_o thus_o will_v thou_o now_o trust_v i_o will_v thou_o adventure_v thy_o soul_n now_o upon_o my_o word_n of_o pardon_n and_o mercy_n upon_o my_o
