the Ships and the Sea-men to hoyle Sir Balthazar Gerber and his familly on board to worke outt that dessijne where by his abetters would stripp the proprietary as aforesayd of his ryght which being matter off fact hath been by witnesses examined uppon Interrogatoires declared uppon oath before the Magistrat off Amsterdam as appeared by theire declaration and theire Citty Scale theire unto
