from_o the_o evil_a of_o the_o fault_n which_o kind_n of_o punishment_n may_v be_v infflict_v on_o a_o person_n without_o any_o legal_a injustice_n and_o for_o a_o profitable_a end_n as_o to_o avoid_v some_o public_a inconvenience_n without_o the_o delinquency_n of_o the_o person_n suffer_v for_o the_o word_n punishment_n so_o take_v do_v contain_v all_o loss_n misfortune_n or_o adversity_n or_o whatsoever_o befall_v a_o man_n which_o he_o desire_v may_v never_o have_v to_o come_v to_o pass_v xxiii_o if_o these_o thing_n shall_v not_o satisfy_v the_o reader_n yet_o this_o will_v be_v very_o to_o the_o whole_a aggregate_v that_o be_v the_o whole_a law_n itself_o which_o at_o once_o consist_v of_o the_o complexion_n of_o they_o both_o this_o distinction_n be_v lay_v down_o i_o say_v in_o the_o first_o place_n that_o that_o part_n of_o the_o law_n which_o contain_v only_o the_o condition_n or_o the_o punishment_n do_v not_o of_o itself_o oblige_v unto_o the_o fault_n for_o a_o bare_a
