help_v if_o the_o council_n have_v intend_v only_o the_o assistance_n of_o their_o prayer_n they_o will_v not_o have_v multiply_v term_n without_o cause_n in_o their_o decree_n but_o in_o these_o word_n they_o have_v leave_v open_a a_o gap_n for_o the_o saint_n votary_n to_o justify_v their_o prayer_n to_o the_o saint_n for_o their_o aid_n and_o protection_n to_o expect_v effectual_a favour_n from_o they_o not_o only_o by_o their_o prayer_n but_o also_o by_o their_o active_a power_n these_o thing_n will_v easy_o fall_v under_o this_o clause_n of_o
