the_o effect_n 13._o second_o the_o truth_n of_o these_o matter_n appear_v by_o the_o immutable_a nature_n of_o god_n the_o fountain_n and_o author_n of_o all_o good_a for_o god_n woke_v be_v equaly_a good_a whether_o he_o effect_v they_o by_o evil_a or_o good_a instrument_n neither_o be_v they_o batter_v by_o good_a or_o make_v worse_a by_o evil_a instrument_n see_v their_o justice_n and_o goodness_n depend_v not_o on_o the_o nature_n of_o the_o instrument_n but_o of_o god_n which_o make_v use_v of_o the_o instrument_n but_o on_o the_o other_o side_n the_o creature_n can_v neither_o be_v nor_o continue_v good_a nor_o do_v any_o thing_n that_o be_v good_a except_o god_n make_v they_o good_a uphold_v they_o in_o goodness_n &_o so_o govern_v they_o that_o they_o may_v work_v that_o which_o be_v good_a with_o god_n who_o by_o they_o work_v that_o good_a which_o he_o will_n 14_o yet_o hereby_o we_o do_v not_o attribute_v unto_o god_n contrary_a will_n god_n for_o god_n will_v &_o
