parliament_n without_o a_o general_a consent_n of_o the_o good_a people_n second_o that_o a_o committee_n be_v appoint_v by_o the_o parliament_n to_o hear_v all_o person_n who_o be_v capable_a of_o advise_v they_o and_o the_o parliament_n and_o man_n know_v to_o be_v sensible_a of_o public_a danger_n and_o ready_a to_o improve_v their_o utmost_a ability_n for_o the_o public_a good_a to_o
