and_o though_o neither_o of_o the_o foresay_a payment_n be_v according_a to_o equity_n as_o this_o petitioner_n &_o many_o other_o conceive_v nor_o amount_v to_o half_a that_o which_o their_o own_o committee_n have_v judge_v reasonable_a and_o be_v grant_v by_o former_a order_n of_o parliament_n this_o petitioner_n thankful_o accept_v thereof_o consider_v the_o great_a debt_n and_o necessity_n of_o the_o commonwealth_n and_o how_o difficult_o justice_n be_v obtain_v in_o those_o time_n hope_v the_o like_a strictness_n will_v have_v be_v practise_v towards_o themselves_o and_o their_o relation_n it_o be_v about_o the_o time_n of_o pass_v their_o self-denying_a vote_n which_o course_n will_v have_v save_v the_o commonwealth_n many_o million_o as_o he_o believe_v but_o the_o petitioner_n be_v deceive_v in_o that_o hope_n and_o the_o security_n which_o they_o then_o give_v he_o for_o the_o say_v 3958._o l._n 15._o s._n 8._o d._n at_o so_o low_a a_o rate_n do_v not_o only_o prove_v no_o security_n at_o all_o but_o become_v a_o occasion_n also_o of_o damnify_v he_o in_o more_o than_o twice_o that_o sum_n insomuch_o that_o if_o he_o have_v remit_v all_o his_o debt_n fifteen_o year_n ago_o he_o have_v be_v probable_o at_o more_o quiet_a and_o at_o least_o 4000_o l._n better_a in_o his_o estate_n at_o this_o day_n and_o out_o of_o those_o hazard_n which_o he_o be_v in_o of_o utter_o consume_v the_o remainder_n of_o his_o estate_n and_o lose_v his_o credit_n by_o depend_v upon_o parliamentary_a security_n as_o will_v appear_v by_o what_o follow_v for_o the_o d._n be_v 2278._o l._n the_o petitioner_n be_v likely_a to_o have_v worse_a payment_n for_o no_o more_o be_v give_v to_o satisfy_v for_o it_o but_o 150._o l._n per_fw-la annum_fw-la out_o of_o a_o delinquent_n estate_n which_o be_v a_o title_n so_o slight_v that_o few_o or_o none_o will_v lend_v a_o year_n value_v upon_o a_o mortgage_n of_o the_o whole_a yet_o the_o say_v 2278._o l._n which_o the_o petitioner_n acquit_v for_o it_o consider_v with_o about_o sixteen_o year_n forbearance_n heretofore_o and_o other_o expense_n and_o damage_n occasion_v since_o the_o petitioner_n buy_v it_o will_v amount_v to_o above_o forty_o year_n purchase_n in_o ready_a money_n nay_o his_o bargain_n be_v far_o worse_a than_o so_o bad_a and_o instead_o of_o land_n or_o rend_v for_o his_o money_n the_o petitioner_n have_v nothing_o but_o trouble_n and_o suit_n to_o the_o consume_n of_o that_o land_n and_o money_n which_o he_o have_v before_o and_o have_v be_v damnify_v no_o less_o then_o as_o much_o more_o in_o his_o credit_n and_o in_o hinder_v the_o preferment_n of_o his_o child_n when_o they_o shall_v and_o may_v have_v be_v bestow_v in_o marriage_n for_o in_o pursuance_n of_o a_o act_n of_o parliament_n who_o security_n and_o concession_n he_o think_v to_o be_v the_o best_a tenure_n in_o the_o world_n the_o petitioner_n take_v a_o conveyance_n of_o the_o 150._o l._n per_fw-la annum_fw-la out_o of_o the_o manor_n of_o little_a horks_o aforesaid_a part_n of_o the_o say_a mr._n denham_n estate_n above_o seven_o year_n now_o past_a he_o therewith_o buy_v by_o the_o same_o deed_n enrol_v the_o remainder_n of_o the_o say_a manor_n for_o 1645._o l._n which_o he_o pay_v according_a to_o his_o contract_n his_o say_a purchase_n be_v complete_v according_a to_o every_o rule_n in_o the_o
