have_v oft_o observe_v to_o obstruct_v the_o good_a proceed_n of_o that_o court_n may_v be_v remove_v viz._n his_o lordship_n cause_v the_o sword_n to_o be_v take_v up_o and_o then_o go_v away_o and_o so_o dissolve_v the_o court_n without_o the_o consent_n yea_o against_o the_o desire_n of_o the_o major_a part_n the_o remedy_n i_o propose_v for_o the_o redress_n of_o this_o grievance_n be_v this_o that_o by_o the_o power_n of_o this_o council_n there_o may_v be_v a_o law_n establish_v that_o the_o court_n may_v not_o at_o any_o time_n be_v dissolve_v or_o adjourn_v without_o the_o consent_n
