any_o part_n thereof_o be_v lose_v it_o be_v lose_v to_o the_o borrower_n but_o it_o be_v safe_a to_o the_o usurer_n by_o the_o very_a contract_n of_o usury_n ratify_v by_o other_o security_n what_o then_o be_v the_o reason_n of_o this_o excess_n or_o inequality_n in_o the_o contract_n of_o usury_n that_o for_o a_o hundred_o pound_n one_o hundred_o and_o ten_o pound_n of_o the_o like_a money_n seem_v unreasonable_a that_o whereas_o of_o a_o hundred_o pound_n worth_a of_o land_n which_o be_v fruitful_a by_o nature_n a_o man_n can_v hardly_o raise_v a_o rent_n of_o five_o or_o six_o pound_n a_o year_n a_o hundred_o pound_n in_o money_n which_o have_v in_o itself_o no_o fruitful_a use_n shall_v without_o his_o pain_n cost_n or_o hazard_n yield_v he_o ten_o pound_n a_o year_n second_o it_o will_v in_o my_o opinion_n be_v a_o notable_a mean_n to_o diminish_v the_o number_n of_o usurer_n and_o also_o to_o ease_v both_o the_o borrower_n in_o particular_a of_o oppression_n and_o the_o common_a wealth_n in_o general_a of_o that_o great_a burden_n of_o usury_n whereof_o i_o speak_v before_o and_o three_o it_o will_v be_v a_o mean_n to_o prevent_v both_o the_o usual_a commit_n of_o this_o sin_n and_o also_o the_o punishment_n which_o god_n have_v threaten_v for_o the_o same_o the_o second_o thing_n which_o i_o desire_v may_v be_v consider_v of_o be_v the_o permission_n of_o usury_n in_o the_o behalf_n of_o orphan_n for_o if_o it_o be_v simple_o evil_a it_o can_v be_v good_a in_o they_o neither_o can_v the_o respect_n have_v of_o they_o make_v it_o good_a in_o other_o himself_o unlike_a to_o repay_v that_o which_o he_o borrow_v or_o if_o he_o be_v not_o in_o want_n or_o if_o his_o necessity_n be_v not_o urgent_a or_o because_o he_o have_v sufficient_a mean_n of_o his_o own_o or_o if_o he_o may_v borrow_v free_o if_o he_o will_v for_o as_o touch_v the_o first_o on_o those_o who_o have_v no_o good_a hope_n or_o assurance_n that_o they_o shall_v be_v able_a to_o
