council_n may_v err_v notwithstanding_o they_o lay_v claim_v to_o those_o divine_a assistance_n to_o which_o no_o parliament_n ever_o pretend_v for_o these_o word_n be_v not_o in_o the_o very_a act_n proper_o and_o strict_o so_o call_v but_o only_o in_o the_o preface_n to_o it_o in_o which_o as_o in_o all_o other_o act_n of_o parliament_n the_o reason_n why_o that_o act_n be_v make_v be_v specify_v and_o set_v down_o but_o that_o which_o in_o the_o true_a strict_a and_o legal_a propriety_n be_v call_v the_o act_n and_o do_v oblige_v as_o the_o act_n and_o deed_n of_o the_o king_n and_o law_n of_o moses_n and_o if_o it_o shall_v appear_v upon_o a_o just_a and_o impartial_a survey_n of_o the_o whole_a matter_n that_o the_o marriage_n of_o cousin_n german_n be_v absolute_o forbid_v unless_o in_o a_o case_n which_o shall_v be_v mention_v in_o which_o our_o age_n and_o nation_n be_v not_o concern_v and_o in_o another_o which_o neither_o do_v nor_o can_v belong_v to_o person_n in_o
