matter_n it_o be_v determine_v by_o her_o majesty_n with_o the_o advice_n of_o we_o of_o her_o privy_a council_n that_o the_o sheriff_n shall_v not_o after_o this_o lend_a assize_n defray_v the_o charge_n of_o the_o justice_n of_o assize_n diet_n but_o that_o the_o say_v justice_n shall_v have_v of_o her_o majesty_n several_a sum_n of_o money_n out_o of_o her_o coffer_n for_o their_o daily_a diet_n during_o the_o time_n that_o heretofore_o the_o sheriff_n have_v be_v chargeable_a withal_o within_o their_o county_n with_o which_o determination_n the_o more_o part_n of_o the_o say_a justice_n have_v be_v by_o diverse_a of_o we_o of_o her_o majesty_n council_n make_v acquaint_v and_o thereof_o we_o have_v think_v good_a to_o give_v you_o knowledge_n as_o we_o do_v the_o like_a to_o all_o other_o sheriff_n in_o the_o realm_n to_o the_o intent_n you_o may_v after_o this_o lend_a assize_n forbear_v to_o enter_v into_o such_o further_a charge_n and_o yet_o it_o be_v mean_v that_o you_o shall_v against_o the_o summer-assize_n by_o the_o authority_n of_o your_o office_n aid_n and_o assist_v the_o servant_n of_o the_o say_a justice_n that_o shall_v require_v your_o advice_n or_o help_n to_o make_v provision_n for_o their_o master_n diet_n and_o for_o lodging_n and_o houseroom_n at_o as_o reasonable_a charge_n as_o may_v and_o aught_o to_o be_v for_o the_o queen_n majesty_n service_n and_o as_o reason_n also_o require_v that_o the_o say_v justice_n in_o respect_n of_o their_o painful_a and_o careful_a service_n for_o administration_n of_o justice_n shall_v be_v both_o honourable_o and_o favourable_o use_v in_o all_o thing_n requisite_a for_o their_o own_o person_n and_o train_n whereof_o we_o trust_v both_o you_o as_o sheriff_n now_o be_v and_o
