land_n because_o it_o bring_v forth_o thorn_n and_o thistle_n but_o rather_o be_v so_o much_o the_o more_o diligent_a and_o painful_a in_o weed_n and_o till_v it_o that_o it_o may_v be_v fit_v for_o of_o sin_n and_o manifold_a imperfection_n that_o hereby_o it_o may_v appear_v that_o we_o be_v not_o save_v for_o our_o own_o worthiness_n and_o desert_n but_o of_o his_o free_a grace_n and_o undeserued_a love_n §_o sect._n 10_o patience_n that_o there_o may_v be_v a_o sit_v object_n of_o his_o mercy_n and_o patience_n second_o he_o have_v leave_v in_o we_o these_o relic_n of_o sin_n and_o manifold_a imperfection_n to_o the_o end_n that_o there_o may_v be_v continual_a matter_n and_o a_o fit_a object_n wherein_o he_o may_v exercise_v and_o by_o exercise_v manifest_a to_o the_o praise_n of_o his_o grace_n his_o patience_n long_o suffer_v love_n goodness_n and_o infinite_a mercy_n in_o the_o pardon_v and_o forgive_n of_o they_o which_o will_v not_o so_o plain_o appear_v if_o at_o once_o he_o have_v endue_v we_o with_o perfect_a righteousness_n §_o sect._n 11_o weakness_n that_o he_o may_v show_v his_o power_n in_o our_o weakness_n three_o that_o hereby_o he_o may_v make_v way_n for_o the_o manifestation_n of_o his_o power_n in_o our_o weakness_n and_o imperfection_n if_o we_o be_v perfect_o righteous_a and_o endue_v with_o all_o grace_n it_o be_v no_o wonder_n if_o we_o shall_v withstand_v satan_n temptation_n and_o get_v the_o upper_a hand_n in_o the_o spiritual_a combat_n but_o see_v we_o be_v of_o ourselves_o sinful_a exceed_v weak_a and_o full_a of_o all_o imperfection_n hereby_o be_v the_o infinite_a power_n of_o god_n manifest_v in_o that_o we_o be_v notwithstanding_o enable_v to_o withstand_v satan_n and_o all_o the_o power_n of_o hell_n which_o oppose_v themselves_o against_o we_o see_v nothing_o else_o can_v uphold_v such_o feeble_a weakness_n against_o such_o puissant_a might_n of_o this_o the_o apostle_n speak_v 2._o cor._n 12.8_o 9_o he_o thanks_o and_o praise_n if_o he_o shall_v at_o once_o free_v we_o from_o sin_n and_o endue_v we_o with_o a_o full_a measure_n of_o grace_n and_o perfect_a righteousness_n we_o will_v soon_o be_v forgetful_a of_o his_o abundant_a mercy_n and_o this_o forgetfulness_n will_v work_v in_o we_o unthankfulness_n and_o this_o unthankfulness_n will_v make_v we_o neglect_v his_o worship_n and_o service_n and_o therefore_o he_o do_v not_o at_o once_o enrich_v we_o but_o let_v we_o continue_v in_o our_o poverty_n that_o so_o we_o may_v continual_o depend_v upon_o he_o and_o like_o a_o wise_a
