eternal_a determination_n of_o thing_n and_o cause_n no_o man_n know_v love_n or_o hatred_n by_o the_o thing_n of_o that_o nature_n that_o be_v before_o he_o but_o this_o be_v ordain_v by_o the_o law_n of_o christ_n to_o be_v a_o just_a representation_n of_o his_o future_a judgement_n with_o a_o recognition_n of_o the_o cause_n which_o he_o will_v proceed_v upon_o therefore_o it_o be_v only_o of_o they_o who_o be_v force_v to_o suffer_v by_o they_o but_o of_o they_o also_o by_o who_o they_o be_v administer_v and_o denounce_v for_o it_o be_v impossible_a that_o man_n shall_v be_v the_o high_a dishonour_n imaginable_a on_o christ_n himself_o and_o the_o gospel_n to_o make_v these_o thing_n yet_o more_o evident_a and_o to_o show_v how_o remote_a the_o present_a excommunication_n be_v from_o all_o possibility_n of_o affect_v the_o conscience_n of_o any_o i_o shall_v brief_o pass_v through_o the_o consideration_n of_o these_o thing_n which_o principal_o belong_v unto_o they_o and_o whereunto_o all_o their_o efficacy_n be_v resolve_v and_o that_o which_o first_o offer_v itself_o be_v the_o person_n by_o who_o they_o be_v administer_v the_o truth_n be_v there_o be_v such_o for_o the_o cognizance_n of_o they_o nor_o do_v for_o the_o most_o part_n know_v the_o person_n at_o all_o on_o who_o qualification_n alone_o the_o validity_n or_o invalidity_n of_o the_o sentence_n do_v depend_v nor_o can_v give_v a_o account_n to_o god_n or_o man_n of_o what_o be_v do_v as_o to_o right_a and_o equity_n and_o therefore_o i_o no_o way_n doubt_v but_o that_o these_o who_o be_v they_o be_v chancellor_n archdeacon_n commissary_n official_o with_o their_o court_n attendant_n of_o who_o we_o speak_v i_o confess_v these_o horrid_a name_n with_o the_o report_n concern_v they_o and_o their_o power_n be_v enough_o to_o terrify_v poor_a harmless_a man_n and_o make_v they_o fear_v some_o evil_n from_o they_o but_o excommunication_n be_v that_o which_o no_o man_n know_v on_o what_o ground_n to_o fear_n from_o these_o name_n title_n and_o office_n for_o that_o be_v the_o name_n of_o a_o divine_a ordinance_n institute_v by_o christ_n in_o the_o gospel_n to_o be_v admininistre_v according_a to_o the_o rule_n and_o law_n thereof_o but_o these_o name_n and_o those_o unto_o who_o they_o do_v belong_v be_v utter_o foreign_a unto_o the_o scripture_n and_o as_o unto_o the_o work_n to_o the_o practice_n of_o the_o church_n for_o a_o thousand_o year_n what_o therefore_o be_v do_v by_o they_o of_o this_o kind_n must_v of_o necessity_n be_v utter_o null_a see_v that_o as_o such_o they_o have_v no_o place_n in_o the_o church_n themselves_o by_o the_o authority_n of_o christ._n but_o however_o it_o be_v undeniable_o evident_a that_o they_o have_v no_o relation_n unto_o the_o scripture_n nor_o can_v have_v any_o authority_n from_o christ_n by_o virtue_n of_o any_o law_n or_o institution_n of_o he_o nor_o countenance_n give_v unto_o they_o by_o any_o practice_n of_o the_o primitive_a church_n yet_o what_o they_o do_v in_o this_o kind_n be_v pretend_a act_n of_o power_n and_o authority_n a_o authority_n for_o they_o must_v be_v plead_v by_o they_o but_o than_o it_o may_v be_v just_o demand_v of_o they_o what_o it_o be_v of_o what_o nature_n and_o kind_n how_o it_o be_v communicate_v unto_o they_o or_o derive_v by_o they_o from_o other_o this_o be_v that_o which_o those_o who_o be_v excommunicate_v by_o they_o be_v principal_o concern_v to_o inquire_v into_o and_o which_o themselves_o in_o the_o first_o place_n be_v oblige_v to_o declare_v and_o evince_v unless_o man_n be_v satisfy_v in_o conscience_n that_o those_o who_o act_n against_o they_o have_v just_a authority_n so_o to_o do_v or_o in_o what_o they_o do_v it_o be_v utter_o
