involve_v we_o in_o danger_n but_o secure_v we_o from_o it_o and_o wickedness_n be_v the_o highway_n to_o mischief_n drunkenness_n and_o lust_n pride_n and_o malice_n injustice_n and_o deceit_n do_v natural_o lead_v those_o who_o follow_v they_o into_o many_o peril_n and_o as_o well_o these_o as_o all_o other_o sin_n do_v cause_n god_n to_o take_v away_o his_o protect_a hand_n from_o we_o and_o then_o we_o be_v not_o many_o step_n from_o ruin_n although_o his_o justice_n shall_v not_o inflict_v any_o positive_a evil_n for_o these_o offence_n and_o therefore_o if_o we_o will_v be_v safe_a we_o must_v be_v holy_a we_o be_v apt_a to_o be_v more_o sensible_a and_o fearful_a of_o sickness_n than_o sin_n of_o the_o danger_n to_o our_o outward_a rather_o then_o inward_a man_n but_o since_o they_o be_v productive_a of_o one_o another_o we_o must_v pray_v against_o both_o and_o if_o we_o fear_v disease_n or_o want_n reproach_n or_o wrong_v violence_n or_o death_n let_v those_o very_a fear_n quicken_v our_o petition_n against_o sin_n which_o be_v the_o gate_n that_o let_v they_o all_o in_o upon_o we_o we_o may_v fall_v into_o calamity_n by_o the_o immediate_a hand_n of_o providence_n but_o when_o by_o act_n of_o wickedness_n we_o bring_v they_o upon_o ourselves_o we_o be_v say_v to_o run_v into_o danger_n and_o this_o we_o chief_o pray_v against_o here_o that_o we_o may_v not_o by_o our_o own_o folly_n and_o iniquity_n become_v accessary_a to_o our_o own_o misery_n for_o such_o affliction_n will_v not_o be_v so_o likely_a to_o be_v sanctify_v so_o easy_a to_o be_v bear_v nor_o so_o possible_a to_o be_v remove_v if_o we_o lead_v holy_a life_n though_o the_o condition_n of_o our_o nature_n make_v we_o liable_a to_o more_o danger_n than_o can_v easy_o be_v recount_v we_o shall_v either_o escape_v they_o or_o receive_v no_o considerable_a prejudice_n by_o they_o and_o therefore_o a_o good_a man_n behold_v his_o body_n liable_a to_o wound_n maim_n and_o disease_n his_o mind_n to_o the_o impair_n of_o any_o or_o all_o its_o faculty_n his_o estate_n to_o loss_n wrong_n and_o injury_n his_o whole_a life_n expose_v to_o all_o the_o misery_n that_o can_v come_v upon_o he_o by_o the_o unkindness_n or_o loss_n of_o friend_n the_o malice_n of_o enemy_n or_o the_o more_o public_a disturbance_n to_o church_n or_o state_n but_o all_o these_o do_v only_o
