public_a preach_n which_o be_v not_o authoritative_a but_o only_o put_v it_o as_o a_o character_n of_o and_o convertible_a with_o public_a preach_n unless_o in_o case_n of_o necessity_n and_o so_o the_o assembly_n express_v themselves_o clear_o and_o full_o we_o distinguish_v say_v they_o between_o a_o private_a brotherly_o teach_v etc._n etc._n and_o a_o authoritative_a publick-teaching_a and_o this_o be_v all_o i_o shall_v say_v for_o the_o state_v of_o the_o question_n which_o now_o i_o come_v to_o discuss_v and_o i_o shall_v do_v it_o 〈◊〉_d 〈◊〉_d 〈◊〉_d 〈◊〉_d 〈◊〉_d in_o this_o full_o by_o and_o by_o 3._o but_o what_o if_o this_o proportion_n be_v mean_v of_o almes-giving_a then_o all_o that_o they_o say_v fall_v to_o the_o ground_n thus_o we_o have_v see_v how_o our_o brethren_n sense_n this_o place_n and_o what_o be_v the_o reason_n that_o prevail_v with_o they_o so_o to_o do_v which_o whether_o they_o be_v of_o that_o consequence_n as_o to_o justify_v they_o in_o argument_n from_o this_o place_n there_o be_v three_o or_o four_o difficulty_n with_o which_o it_o be_v gravel_v the_o first_o be_v that_o urge_v by_o dr_n collins_n here_o be_v not_o only_o a_o liberty_n grant_v but_o a_o duty_n enjoin_v so_o that_o by_o this_o text_n gift_a person_n not_o only_o may_v but_o must_v preach_v and_o that_o without_o election_n or_o calling_n for_o the_o church_n neglect_v of_o their_o duty_n must_v not_o make_v he_o neglect_v he_o the_o full_a vindication_n of_o this_o i_o shall_v leave_v to_o that_o reverend_a author_n but_o i_o can_v whole_o let_v
