we_o to_o be_v afterward_o in_o a_o second_o measure_n hopeful_a or_o formidable_a in_o which_o consideration_n hope_v and_o faith_n do_v always_o accompany_v one_o another_o and_o although_o hope_v as_o more_o general_a do_v inchoat_fw-la in_o order_n to_o the_o end_n namely_o the_o enjoyment_n of_o bliss_n and_o avoidance_n of_o torment_n yet_o faith_n in_o order_n to_o the_o mean_n to_o wit_n our_o lay_n hold_v on_o christ_n do_v so_o instant_o follow_v that_o some_o have_v believe_v these_o grace_n to_o come_v together_o which_o may_v be_v true_a in_o relation_n to_o that_o one_o divine_a spirit_n which_o enter_v at_o the_o same_o time_n be_v the_o cause_n to_o both_o but_o yet_o it_o hinder_v not_o but_o that_o this_o spirit_n may_v produce_v its_o effect_n in_o their_o natural_a order_n as_o before_z show_v it_o be_v aterwards_o true_a indeed_o that_o these_o grace_n be_v mutual_o increase_v and_o strengthen_v by_o each_o other_o the_o hope_n and_o belief_n or_o belief_n and_o hope_n of_o the_o end_n by_o its_o value_n exciting_a the_o belief_n and_o hope_n or_o hope_v and_o belief_n of_o these_o mean_n that_o be_v tend_v thereunto_o which_o mean_v come_v hereupon_o to_o be_v more_o constant_o and_o full_o pursue_v hope_v or_o belief_n to_o be_v therefore_o accept_v grow_v by_o degree_n in_o each_o one_o into_o strong_a hope_n and_o belief_n that_o he_o be_v accept_v which_o belief_n or_o strong_a faith_n of_o god_n acceptance_n and_o love_n to_o we_o do_v again_o increase_v on-ward_n in_o our_o love_n to_o he_o unto_o which_o only_a happy_a estate_n be_v by_o these_o bless_a degree_n once_o come_v then_o do_v hope_n and_o faith_n become_v silence_v and_o swallow_v up_o by_o this_o most_o high_a and_o complete_a grace_n of_o love_n for_o we_o now_o live_v no_o long_o by_o desire_n but_o fruition_n but_o because_o in_o this_o life_n and_o whilst_o we_o carry_v this_o treasure_n in_o earthen_a vessel_n we_o can_v arrive_v at_o any_o perfection_n much_o less_o at_o any_o degree_n of_o continuance_n and_o perseverance_n in_o this_o happy_a enjoyment_n of_o god_n by_o love_n we_o be_v therefore_o as_o elsewhere_o note_v to_o cherish_v in_o ourselves_o all_o those_o mean_n whereby_o our_o faith_n and_o hope_n may_v be_v keep_v in_o or_o restore_v unto_o their_o pitch_n and_o vigour_n so_o that_o notwithstanding_o our_o many_o relapse_n we_o may_v be_v still_o reintegrate_v again_o to_o a_o state_n of_o love_n in_o which_o regard_n we_o be_v next_o to_o consider_v of_o that_o which_o be_v the_o general_a grace_n of_o supply_n and_o sustentation_n to_o all_o the_o rest_n namely_o the_o grace_n of_o obedience_n for_o from_o the_o efficacy_n of_o this_o grace_n it_o be_v that_o hope_n and_o faith_n gather_v their_o joint_n and_o mutual_a strength_n even_o from_o conscience_n of_o our_o continual_a act_n and_o endeavour_n in_o performance_n of_o the_o command_n and_o direction_n of_o god_n for_o these_o thing_n must_v follow_v as_o necessary_a consequent_n of_o one_o another_o first_o to_o obey_v out_o of_o fear_n to_o displease_v and_o hope_v to_o keep_v favour_n and_o then_o far_o still_o to_o obey_v even_o as_o we_o believe_v our_o obedience_n accept_v and_o available_a and_o last_o obedience_n will_v still_o increase_v itself_o with_o that_o increase_n of_o grace_n it_o bring_v and_o as_o it_o have_v perfect_v our_o first_o feeble_a hope_n to_o strength_n of_o faith_n so_o will_v it_o accompany_v our_o state_n of_o high_a perfection_n even_o our_o state_n of_o love_n for_o than_o shall_v our_o readiness_n in_o execution_n of_o god_n command_n be_v double_v because_o be_v unite_v to_o he_o by_o this_o affection_n we_o shall_v not_o only_o do_v his_o will_n as_o he_o but_o as_o our_o own_o too_o so_o that_o when_o faith_n shall_v fail_v obedience_n shall_v not_o be_v a_o grace_n so_o proper_a and_o necessary_a to_o each_o creature_n that_o it_o can_v in_o order_n to_o its_o subordinate_a relation_n be_v true_o such_o without_o it_o and_o this_o not_o only_o in_o the_o will_n but_o also_o in_o act_n so_o far_o as_o lie_v in_o its_o power_n for_o although_o none_o will_v deny_v the_o omniscience_n of_o god_n almighty_n so_o far_o as_o to_o doubt_v his_o inspection_n into_o the_o most_o inward_a thought_n and_o inclination_n of_o his_o creature_n even_o to_o the_o discern_a that_o proportion_n of_o faith_n and_o love_n which_o be_v in_o their_o heart_n yet_o it_o be_v the_o most_o natural_a for_o justice_n to_o proceed_v in_o reward_n and_o punishment_n especial_o such_o as_o how_o by_o this_o coincidence_n of_o christian_a grace_n sum_v up_o in_o love_n and_o obedience_n or_o in_o love_n alone_o or_o obedience_n alone_o as_o presume_v they_o can_v be_v one_o without_o
