follow_v thereupon_o neither_o can_v drunkenness_n excuse_v murder_n 14_o slaughter_n meerelie_o commit_v at_o unaware_o namely_o wherein_o it_o appear_v that_o there_o be_v no_o purpose_n of_o hurt_n be_v not_o contain_v within_o this_o law_n yet_o notwithstanding_o this_o kind_n of_o fact_n require_v some_o clear_n and_o a_o form_n of_o discharge_n from_o the_o guiltiness_n of_o the_o fact_n both_o
