give_v out_o to_o the_o people_n without_o any_o manner_n of_o knowledge_n or_o learning_n of_o it_o will_v these_o proposer_n desire_v a_o act_n of_o parliament_n that_o no_o sick_a and_o wound_a man_n shall_v any_o more_o use_v the_o help_n of_o physician_n or_o chirurgeon_n but_o shall_v go_v to_o the_o justice_n of_o peace_n for_o it_o or_o that_o no_o carpenter_n mason_n or_o bricklayer_n shall_v any_o more_o meddle_v in_o the_o build_n of_o house_n may_v not_o the_o civil_a part_n of_o the_o government_n or_o power_n come_v in_o a_o short_a time_n to_o be_v as_o much_o endanger_v or_o disorder_v by_o such_o a_o ignorant_a management_n of_o justice_n as_o these_o proposer_n will_v have_v it_o as_o the_o militia_n or_o military_a part_n thereof_o will_v be_v if_o all_o the_o old_a legion_n or_o regiment_n and_o try_a soldier_n of_o the_o army_n shall_v by_o a_o law_n be_v disband_v and_o forbid_v the_o art_n of_o war_n and_o young_a boy_n new_o come_v from_o school_n be_v take_v on_o and_o list_v in_o their_o place_n and_o none_o to_o be_v captain_n or_o officer_n but_o such_o as_o shall_v want_v their_o sight_n or_o be_v blind_a or_o how_o little_a difference_n will_v there_o be_v betwixtan_fw-mi ignorant_a administration_n of_o law_n and_o the_o have_v of_o
