he_o the_o say_v w._n h._n his_o heir_n and_o assign_n shall_v and_o may_v during_o the_o joint_a life_n of_o the_o say_v i._n w._n and_o m._n his_o now_o wife_n receive_v all_o the_o benefit_n issue_n rent_n and_o profit_n of_o all_o and_o singular_a the_o manor_n house_n tenement_n land_n and_o premise_n whatsoever_o and_o employ_v the_o same_o and_o every_o part_n thereof_o whole_o for_o the_o use_n maintenance_n benefit_n and_o livelihood_n of_o m._n now_o wife_n of_o the_o say_v i._n vv._n and_o to_o and_o for_o the_o livelihood_n maintenance_n and_o education_n of_o the_o child_n of_o they_o the_o say_v i._o and_o m._n and_o for_o the_o maintenance_n uphold_v and_o reparation_n of_o the_o manor_n and_o mansion_n house_n of_o the_o say_v i._n vv._n aforesaid_a call_v b_o be_v a_o great_a house_n and_o much_o decay_v with_o all_o the_o outhouse_n barn_n stable_n dove-house_n and_o building_n thereunto_o belong_v and_o upon_o this_o further_a trust_n and_o confidence_n that_o he_o the_o say_v w._n h._n and_o his_o heir_n from_o and_o after_o the_o death_n of_o the_o say_v i._n vv._n shall_v and_o will_v permit_v and_o suffer_v the_o say_v m._n w_n during_o her_o life_n to_o have_v take_v perceive_v
