authority_n the_o leave_v any_o eject_v prince_n to_o have_v the_o right_n and_o the_o regnant_n or_o providential_a king_n to_o be_v only_a king_n in_o fact_n without_o right_n will_v leave_v all_o dignity_n now_o the_o crown_n and_o dignity_n be_v he_o who_o have_v the_o best_a right_n to_o they_o right_o make_v property_n as_o i_o former_o observe_v so_o leave_v the_o legal_a right_n to_o if_o a_o persecutor_n keep_v the_o throne_n he_o will_v turn_v or_o continue_v his_o power_n to_o persecute_v and_o oppress_v they_o but_o yet_o for_o all_o this_o they_o dare_v never_o be_v want_v in_o any_o part_n or_o duty_n of_o good_a subject_n in_o their_o several_a station_n to_o keep_v he_o thereon_o either_o against_o any_o domestic_a rebellion_n or_o foreign_a invasion_n the_o subject_n duty_n in_o these_o case_n i_o think_v be_v as_o to_o the_o illegal_a way_n never_o to_o act_v under_o he_o or_o serve_v he_o in_o the_o illegal_a thing_n but_o yet_o for_o all_o that_o to_o be_v ready_a in_o their_o several_a station_n to_o defend_v his_o person_n and_o the_o cause_n of_o his_o crown_n when_o either_o subject_a or_o foreigner_n shall_v rise_v against_o he_o and_o it_o be_v their_o act_n in_o the_o illegal_a thing_n that_o the_o law_n punish_v but_o no_o law_n will_v punish_v they_o for_o act_v to_o support_v his_o person_n and_o defend_v his_o crown_n though_o a_o man_n may_v be_v a_o traitor_n as_o he_o urge_v p._n 30._o for_o act_v for_o he_o against_o law_n yet_o never_o for_o defend_v he_o when_o assault_v for_o that_o be_v according_a to_o law_n so_o though_o they_o be_v not_o to_o defend_v such_o illegal_a opposer_n in_o a_o illegal_a thing_n yet_o be_v they_o bind_v to_o give_v he_o the_o due_a defence_n of_o allegiance_n and_o the_o legal_a oath_n notwithstanding_o it_o and_o thus_o i_o have_v consider_v both_o the_o scripture_n and_o reason_n he_o have_v offer_v for_o this_o right_n of_o providence_n and_o as_o the_o former_a proof_n i_o think_v show_v reason_n enough_o to_o overthrow_v it_o so_o he_o have_v bring_v no_o good_a reason_n to_o support_v it_o and_o therefore_o mere_a providential_a possession_n of_o another_o crown_n without_o other_o title_n be_v no_o right_a much_o less_o such_o as_o shall_v set_v aside_o the_o legal_a right_n so_o that_o the_o legal_a right_n will_v stand_v good_a notwithstanding_o it_o and_o if_o he_o that_o have_v the_o legal_a right_n have_v the_o best_a right_n to_o the_o crown_n though_o another_o be_v get_v into_o possession_n the_o supposal_n of_o a_o legal_a right_n in_o another_o will_v leave_v all_o the_o first_o mention_v difficulty_n in_o force_n against_o transfer_v allegiance_n to_o the_o possessor_n for_o in_o engage_v by_o such_o allegiance_n to_o help_v he_o in_o keep_v out_o the_o right_a owner_n subject_n will_v be_v very_o unrighteous_a and_o engage_v also_o thereby_o to_o resist_v the_o authority_n of_o their_o rightful_a prince_n they_o will_v be_v very_o undutiful_a and_o rebellious_a and_o therein_o moreover_o to_o break_v their_o former_a promise_n and_o oath_n they_o will_v be_v very_o perfidious_a and_o perjurious_a all_o which_o i_o think_v be_v not_o to_o be_v take_v off_o by_o the_o supposal_n of_o legal_a right_n in_o the_o eject_v prince_n but_o only_o by_o prove_v he_o have_v part_v from_o it_o and_o that_o the_o possessor_n be_v vest_v with_o it_o which_o use_v to_o be_v the_o principle_n of_o the_o public_a act_n on_o such_o revolution_n and_o particular_o be_v so_o in_o our_o present_a case_n and_o which_o as_o the_o author_n have_v not_o at_o all_o meddle_v with_o so_o neither_o shall_v 1_n and_o thus_o honour_a sir_n i_o have_v consider_v what_o this_o reverend_a and_o learned_a person_n have_v offer_v on_o this_o argument_n wherein_o i_o have_v endeavour_v to_o take_v the_o freedom_n which_o be_v fit_v with_o his_o opinion_n but_o to_o show_v the_o respect_n which_o i_o have_v and_o his_o many_o excellent_a both_o pious_a and_o learned_a labour_n have_v so_o long_o give_v the_o serious_a and_o wise_a part_n of_o man_n cause_n to_o have_v for_o his_o person_n i_o pray_v god_n to_o enlighten_v and_o
