person_n who_o propose_v and_o also_o because_o to_o propose_v point_n to_o be_v beleve_v be_v a_o act_n of_o understanding_n and_o as_o our_o saviour_n say_v to_o the_o first_o proposer_n institute_v by_o himself_o be_v to_o teach_v and_o preach_v or_o as_o the_o apostle_n also_o speak_v to_o preach_v and_o to_o teach_v or_o 10._o math._n ult._n marc._n ult._n rom._n 10._o preach_v be_v act_n of_o understanding_n second_o because_o as_o we_o shall_v prove_v hereafter_o the_o external_a proposer_n be_v institute_v by_o god_n for_o to_o move_v man_n to_o believe_v point_n of_o faith_n for_o his_o authority_n and_o all_o authority_n proper_o speak_v be_v in_o some_o intellectual_a person_n whereupon_o when_o the_o apostle_n say_v rom._n 10._o how_o shall_v they_o believe_v without_o a_o preacher_n he_o add_v that_o the_o preacher_n must_v be_v lawful_o send_v which_o lawful_a send_n give_v he_o authority_n or_o credit_n that_o he_o be_v worthy_a to_o be_v beleve_v in_o what_o he_o be_v the_o true_a church_n as_o the_o prophet_n and_o the_o apostle_n propose_v themselves_o to_o be_v such_o as_o well_o as_o any_o other_o thing_n which_o they_o preach_v but_o a_o dead_a write_n can_v sufficient_o propose_v itself_o as_o 5._o as_o sup._n c._n 2._o n._n 5._o chillingworth_n before_o confess_v and_o other_o 2._o other_o l._n 2._o c._n 6._o sect_n 2._o hereafter_o will_v confess_v of_o the_o scripture_n and_o the_o reason_n hereof_o be_v because_o a_o writing_n have_v not_o of_o itself_o any_o formal_a authority_n beside_o though_o the_o proposer_n and_o propose_v may_v sometime_o be_v the_o same_o thing_n yet_o the_o proposer_n and_o proposal_n can_v because_o the_o proposal_n be_v that_o where_o with_o the_o proposer_n propose_v what_o be_v to_o be_v beleve_v as_o the_o writing_n of_o the_o prophet_n or_o apostle_n be_v their_o
