his_o warrant_n and_o constitution_n by_o which_o to_o be_v appertain_v only_o to_o lawful_a power_n but_o now_o how_o be_v the_o power_n here_o speak_v of_o of_o god_n in_o these_o power_n there_o be_v three_o thing_n considerable_a first_o the_o manner_n or_o kind_n of_o government_n limit_v or_o appoint_v in_o every_o several_a nation_n as_o monarchical_a aristocratical_a democratical_a etc._n etc._n second_o the_o person_n design_v or_o appoint_v to_o bear_v rule_n in_o these_o government_n respective_o three_o the_o power_n itself_o and_o authority_n with_o which_o these_o person_n be_v endue_v and_o invest_v to_o act_v in_o these_o say_v several_a government_n and_o every_o one_o of_o these_o we_o say_v be_v of_o god_n god_n when_o the_o child_n of_o israel_n desire_v a_o king_n condescend_v to_o their_o desire_n and_o order_v that_o people_n to_o be_v rule_v by_o a_o kingly_a or_o monarchical_a government_n 1_o sam._n 8_o 9_o and_o he_o do_v not_o only_o limit_v or_o appoint_v the_o government_n but_o he_o do_v also_o design_n the_o person_n who_o shall_v govern_v and_o bare_a rule_n in_o and_o manage_v that_o government_n for_o he_o first_o design_v saul_n to_o be_v king_n over_o israel_n and_o after_o he_o david_n and_o his_o posterity_n successive_o so_o that_o these_o power_n be_v immediate_o of_o god_n and_o ordain_v of_o he_o immediate_o in_o every_o
