final_a and_o the_o principal_a cause_n and_o the_o efficient_a cause_n they_o make_v a_o wise_a man_n or_o a_o prudent_a magistrate_n or_o as_o they_o term_v he_o a_o good_a man_n or_o a_o good_a citizen_n but_o we_o shall_v hear_v solomon_n dispute_v far_o otherwise_o for_o they_o have_v and_o do_v follow_v only_o the_o judgement_n of_o reason_n but_o he_o have_v the_o holy_a ghost_n which_o teach_v he_o the_o final_a and_o efficient_a cause_n of_o civil_a and_o household_n government_n he_o have_v also_o reason_n and_o experience_n for_o he_o govern_v both_o a_o common_a wealth_n and_o a_o family_n wherefore_o he_o be_v teach_v not_o only_o by_o the_o holy_a ghost_n but_o also_o by_o experience_n to_o speak_v as_o he_o do_v for_o he_o be_v occupy_v in_o great_a affair_n and_o have_v experience_n of_o high_a and_o weighty_a matter_n and_o we_o ought_v the_o more_o high_o to_o esteem_n of_o this_o psalm_n for_o that_o it_o be_v write_v of_o so_o excellent_a a_o man_n concern_v true_a political_a and_o household_n government_n which_o psalm_n although_o it_o be_v but_o short_a for_o it_o contain_v but_o only_o six_o verse_n yet_o be_v it_o full_a of_o singular_a doctrine_n and_o as_o for_o the_o formal_a and_o material_a cause_n he_o touch_v they_o not_o for_o he_o see_v that_o there_o be_v house_n already_o there_o be_v common_a wealth_n well_o order_v and_o also_o furnish_v with_o good_a law_n and_o magistrate_n but_o be_v that_o enough_o no_o forsooth_o for_o the_o two_o principal_a cause_n be_v yet_o lack_v for_o as_o touch_v the_o formal_a cause_n it_o may_v be_v that_o the_o gentile_n have_v better_a law_n than_o the_o jew_n and_o as_o touch_v the_o material_a cause_n it_o may_v be_v also_o that_o some_o magistrate_n among_o the_o gentile_n be_v better_a than_o they_o which_o be_v among_o the_o people_n of_o god_n but_o these_o be_v but_o only_o the_o matter_n and_o the_o form_n we_o must_v go_v further_a therefore_o family_n and_o seek_v to_o know_v the_o principal_a cause_n of_o common_a wealth_n and_o household_n government_n who_o it_o be_v that_o make_v a_o common_a wealth_n and_o family_n also_o to_o what_o end_n he_o ordain_v the_o same_o teach_v who_o be_v the_o author_n and_o the_o end_n household_n that_o be_v to_o say_v the_o efficient_a and_o the_o final_a cause_n of_o civil_a and_o household_n government_n for_o he_o comprehend_v both_o and_o teach_v that_o he_o which_o will_v happy_o govern_v a_o family_n or_o a_o common_a wealth_n shall_v not_o make_v himself_o the_o principal_a cause_n thereof_o for_o than_o shall_v he_o overthrow_v al._n for_o in_o both_o kind_n of_o life_n a_o man_n shall_v find_v many_o trouble_n which_o will_v vex_v and_o torment_v his_o mind_n drive_v he_o to_o impatiency_n cause_v he_o to_o must_v thou_o needs_o be_v in_o some_o part_n of_o the_o household_n government_n for_o either_o thou_o be_v a_o son_n a_o daughter_n a_o servant_n or_o thou_o have_v servant_n or_o neighbour_n or_o else_o thou_o be_v in_o some_o place_n and_o call_n in_o the_o house_n or_o in_o the_o society_n of_o man_n now_o it_o can_v be_v avoid_v but_o that_o many_o thing_n will_v happen_v unto_o thou_o in_o thy_o vocation_n both_o tedious_a and_o grievous_a wherefore_o thou_o must_v learn_v how_o to_o behave_v thyself_o in_o these_o kind_n of_o life_n also_o from_o whence_o they_o come_v and_o to_o
