and_o independent_o this_o be_v the_o epicurean_a atheism_n which_o though_o it_o oppose_v the_o eternity_n of_o the_o world_n in_o that_o consistency_n that_o now_o it_o have_v yet_o it_o assert_v the_o eternity_n of_o those_o small_a and_o infinite_a particle_n of_o matter_n and_o the_o coalition_n of_o they_o into_o that_o state_n wherein_o they_o now_o be_v in_o process_n and_o succession_n of_o time_n and_o motion_n yet_o without_o any_o dependence_n of_o the_o one_o or_o the_o other_o upon_o almighty_a god_n who_o he_o total_o seclude_v from_o the_o concern_v of_o the_o world_n other_o there_o be_v again_o that_o attribute_v a_o eternity_n to_o the_o world_n but_o yet_o withal_o acknowledge_v almighty_a god_n and_o also_o he_o to_o be_v the_o efficient_a thereof_o and_o therefore_o though_o they_o attribute_v a_o eternity_n to_o it_o yet_o it_o be_v but_o a_o dependent_a eternity_n and_o so_o though_o it_o be_v eternal_a yet_o it_o be_v but_o a_o eternal_a effect_n of_o a_o eternal_a cause_n these_o be_v much_o more_o tolerable_a than_o either_o of_o the_o former_a for_o they_o assert_v a_o god_n and_o likewise_o the_o dependence_n of_o the_o world_n in_o its_o eternal_a existence_n and_o duration_n upon_o almighty_a god_n as_o the_o cause_n and_o root_n of_o that_o be_v of_o the_o world_n but_o among_o those_o that_o thus_o assert_v this_o dependent_a eternity_n of_o the_o world_n upon_o almighty_a god_n as_o its_o cause_n or_o efficient_a there_o seem_v to_o be_v two_o party_n namely_o 1._o such_o as_o suppose_v almighty_a god_n the_o necessary_a cause_n of_o the_o world_n as_o his_o necessary_a effect_n 2._o such_o as_o suppose_v he_o mere_o the_o voluntary_a cause_n of_o the_o world_n and_o of_o its_o eternity_n of_o the_o former_a sort_n that_o suppose_v almighty_a god_n the_o necessary_a cause_n of_o the_o world_n and_o of_o its_o eternal_a existence_n there_o seem_v to_o be_v these_o two_o party_n or_o different_a opinion_n 1._o such_o as_o suppose_v the_o world_n a_o mere_a natural_a and_o necessary_a emanation_n from_o god_n as_o its_o necessary_a cause_n without_o any_o manner_n of_o intrinsical_v freedom_n in_o himself_o to_o elementary_a body_n so_o in_o the_o same_o instant_n he_o may_v and_o do_v create_v other_o body_n which_o though_o in_o their_o constitution_n they_o be_v or_o may_v be_v compose_v of_o such_o particle_n as_o have_v they_o be_v asunder_o and_o divide_v may_v have_v be_v of_o the_o simple_a nature_n of_o those_o simple_a body_n yet_o they_o be_v in_o the_o same_o eternal_a moment_n or_o instant_n create_v and_o put_v together_o without_o any_o priority_n of_o existence_n in_o those_o simple_a body_n whereof_o they_o may_v otherwise_o consist_v nor_o be_v such_o mix_v eternal_a body_n nature_n or_o any_o rational_a deduction_n from_o the_o same_o but_o must_v have_v recourse_n either_o to_o bare_a notion_n or_o conjecture_n or_o else_o to_o divine_a revelation_n the_o former_a seem_v somewhat_o too_o light_a sound_o to_o ground_v any_o hypothesis_n and_o the_o latter_a namely_o divine_a revelation_n though_o it_o do_v discover_v unto_o we_o that_o thing_n have_v their_o production_n in_o a_o different_a way_n in_o their_o first_o constitution_n or_o origination_n namely_o by_o the_o almighty_a power_n of_o god_n create_v they_o yet_o withal_o it_o inform_v we_o that_o that_o origination_n be_v not_o from_o eternity_n but_o in_o the_o begin_n of_o time_n which_o whole_o overthrow_v the_o hypothesis_n of_o a_o eternal_a creation_n of_o the_o world_n if_o
