raise_v this_o act_n of_o the_o will_n or_o contribute_v any_o thing_n towards_o it_o it_o must_v needs_o be_v moral_a because_o exhortation_n be_v moral_a cause_n and_o so_o not_o capable_a of_o produce_v natural_a physical_a or_o necessary_a effect_n now_o than_o if_o it_o be_v unpossible_a that_o one_o and_o the_o same_o act_n of_o the_o will_n shall_v be_v both_o physical_a and_o moral_a turn_v to_o a_o far_o deep_a and_o more_o dreadful_a account_n in_o condemnation_n unto_o he_o than_o the_o like_a sin_n without_o the_o gospel_n will_v have_v do_v so_o that_o it_o be_v clear_a on_o every_o side_n that_o in_o case_n man_n be_v not_o enable_v by_o god_n to_o repent_v and_o believe_v the_o gospel_n the_o exhibition_n and_o tender_a of_o the_o gospel_n unto_o they_o must_v needs_o be_v a_o heap_v of_o coal_n of_o fire_n upon_o their_o head_n by_o god_n a_o project_n and_o design_n â—o_o render_v they_o twofold_n or_o rather_o a_o hundred-fold_n more_o the_o child_n of_o hell_n misery_n and_o torment_v than_o otherwise_o they_o have_v be_v whereas_o most_o certain_a it_o be_v that_o god_n have_v design_v nothing_o act_v nothing_o in_o one_o kind_n or_o other_o to_o increase_v the_o punishment_n or_o condemnation_n of_o the_o devil_n especial_o in_o any_o way_n of_o a_o unavoidable_a necessity_n above_o the_o demerit_n of_o their_o first_o sin_n three_o if_o god_n do_v not_o vouchsafe_v sufficient_a mean_n unto_o all_o man_n whereby_o 29._o §._o 29._o to_o repent_v believe_v and_o so_o to_o be_v save_v then_o will_v he_o condemn_v and_o destroy_v or_o raise_v or_o perform_v by_o man_n by_o mean_n of_o that_o strength_n or_o those_o ability_n which_o be_v vouchsafe_v unto_o they_o but_o absolute_o require_v the_o omnipotent_a power_n of_o god_n to_o effect_v they_o it_o be_v no_o way_n more_o sinful_a in_o the_o creature_n not_o to_o exert_v or_o perform_v they_o than_o it_o be_v not_o to_o be_v god_n and_o consequent_o if_o god_n shall_v punish_v man_n for_o the_o non-performance_n of_o they_o he_o shall_v punish_v they_o for_o that_o which_o in_o such_o a_o case_n and_o upon_o such_o a_o supposition_n will_v be_v no_o sin_n yea_o if_o god_n shall_v punish_v man_n for_o not_o endevor_v or_o not_o do_v that_o which_o be_v in_o their_o power_n to_o do_v in_o order_n to_o repent_v and_o believe_v he_o shall_v punish_v they_o for_o not_o attempt_v to_o make_v themselves_o equal_a in_o power_n unto_o god_n four_o if_o god_n have_v not_o vouchsafe_v a_o sufficiency_n of_o power_n to_o believe_v 30._o §._o 30._o unto_o those_o who_o notwithstanding_o do_v not_o believe_v than_o do_v our_o saviour_n without_o any_o ground_n or_o cause_n in_o the_o least_o wonder_v at_o the_o unbelief_n of_o many_o in_o the_o gospel_n yea_o thistle_n figs._n so_o in_o case_n there_o be_v twenty_o great_a light_n shine_v in_o a_o room_n it_o be_v no_o matter_n of_o wonder_n at_o all_o that_o a_o blind_a man_n see_v nothing_o at_o all_o that_o be_v before_o he_o in_o like_a manner_n in_o case_n it_o be_v suppose_v that_o man_n be_v utter_o destitute_a of_o a_o power_n of_o believe_v there_o be_v not_o the_o least_o air_n or_o colour_n of_o a_o occasion_n why_o any_o man_n shall_v think_v it_o strange_a that_o they_o shall_v not_o believe_v what_o help_v or_o advantage_n soever_o for_o oâ—_n towards_o believe_v they_o have_v otherwise_o so_o again_o when_o cause_n or_o mean_n which_o be_v know_v â—o_o act_n necessary_o uniform_o and_o constant_o in_o their_o way_n do_v move_v and_o act_v according_o there_o be_v not_o the_o least_o occasion_n give_v why_o any_o man_n shall_v marvel_v or_o wonder_n at_o it_o when_o the_o sun_n shine_v or_o fire_n burn_v when_o bird_n fly_v or_o fish_n swim_v no_o man_n be_v tempt_v or_o provoke_v to_o the_o least_o degree_n of_o admiration_n nor_o be_v there_o any_o whit_n more_o reason_n or_o cause_n of_o marvel_n that_o any_o person_n at_o any_o time_n shall_v believe_v though_o under_o the_o great_a disadvantage_n for_o believe_a in_o case_n it_o be_v suppose_v and_o know_v that_o that_o cause_n which_o work_v or_o produce_v faith_n in_o man_n as_o viz._n the_o power_n of_o god_n by_o which_o faith_n be_v always_o produce_v in_o man_n when_o they_o do_v believe_v shall_v always_o work_v or_o act_n necessitate_o or_o irresistible_o in_o the_o production_n of_o it_o possible_o the_o grace_n of_o god_n by_o which_o man_n under_o signal_n disadvantage_n be_v according_a to_o our_o adversary_n principle_n necessitate_v to_o believe_v may_v be_v just_a matter_n of_o admiration_n unto_o man_n but_o the_o vouchsafement_n of_o such_o grace_n
