heart_n the_o diaphragm_n and_o in_o all_o those_o part_n that_o surround_v the_o stomach_n hence_o it_o cause_v vapour_n to_o arise_v into_o the_o brain_n which_o on_o the_o one_o hand_n be_v hot_a by_o the_o heat_n they_o draw_v from_o their_o cause_n that_o raise_v they_o and_o on_o the_o other_o hand_n retain_v something_o of_o that_o humour_n which_o be_v more_o universal_o predominant_a in_o the_o temperature_n of_o the_o body_n or_o more_o particular_o in_o the_o stomach_n whether_o it_o be_v choler_n or_o phlegm_n or_o blood_n or_o melancholy_a which_o be_v the_o four_o usual_o here_o take_v into_o consideration_n according_a therefore_o to_o the_o heat_n of_o these_o vapour_n so_o they_o put_v the_o idea_n in_o the_o memory_n into_o motion_n and_o reduce_v they_o into_o act_n in_o the_o imagination_n and_o as_o they_o retain_v something_o of_o such_o or_o such_o a_o humour_n so_o they_o affect_v the_o brain_n &_o particular_o that_o part_n which_o be_v the_o seat_n of_o the_o fancy_n with_o the_o quality_n of_o that_o humour_n from_o which_o they_o proceed_v now_o that_o which_o produce_v the_o effect_n be_v that_o the_o organ_n be_v thus_o affect_v do_v better_a receive_v the_o image_n of_o those_o thing_n which_o do_v suit_n with_o its_o present_a constitution_n and_o do_v better_a retain_v they_o whereas_o those_o other_o which_o do_v not_o at_o raise_v and_o draw_v from_o the_o memory_n into_o the_o imagination_n slip_v away_o and_o make_v no_o abode_n there_o but_o however_o it_o be_v that_o we_o decide_v this_o question_n the_o dream_n that_o proceed_v from_o such_o a_o cause_n can_v have_v no_o other_o power_n of_o signification_n but_o only_o from_o the_o effect_n to_o give_v some_o knowledge_n of_o the_o cause_n the_o reason_n hereof_o be_v this_o because_o that_o which_o produce_v they_o be_v altogether_o void_a of_o all_o understanding_n for_o neither_o the_o heat_n that_o be_v in_o the_o inward_a part_n have_v any_o the_o imagination_n be_v a_o faculty_n which_o of_o itself_o be_v able_a to_o receive_v the_o impression_n of_o those_o idea_n and_o also_o join_v they_o together_o but_o because_o it_o be_v corporeal_a and_o by_o consequent_a void_a of_o understanding_n it_o can_v neither_o perceive_v their_o agreement_n nor_o their_o disagreement_n nor_o convenient_o dispose_v of_o they_o according_a to_o reason_n so_o that_o it_o act_n here_o as_o a_o blind_a man_n will_v do_v who_o be_v among_o a_o great_a number_n of_o break_a and_o mutilated_a statue_n shall_v go_v about_o right_o to_o do_v not_o exclude_v but_o include_v reason_n for_o grace_n be_v not_o a_o super_fw-la addition_n of_o a_o new_a faculty_n but_o a_o new_a power_n and_o principle_n to_o the_o old_a now_o i_o see_v no_o reason_n why_o those_o who_o be_v baptise_v into_o the_o same_o faith_n and_o live_v in_o the_o same_o christian_a communion_n and_o give_v all_o due_a obedience_n to_o the_o law_n of_o god_n
