else_o but_o sanctification_n forgiveness_n of_o sin_n and_o adoption_n into_o the_o number_n of_o the_o child_n of_o god_n we_o learn_v that_o saint_n paul_n speak_v not_o only_o of_o the_o ceremonial_a work_n of_o the_o law_n but_o also_o of_o the_o saint_n good_a work_v of_o every_o sort_n furthermore_o we_o learn_v that_o both_o sin_n and_o iniquity_n that_o be_v all_o manner_n sin_n of_o the_o faithful_a be_v free_o pardon_v and_o utter_o forgive_v moreover_o we_o learn_v that_o sin_n be_v ful_o remit_v not_o the_o fault_n only_o but_o the_o punishment_n also_o which_o punishment_n some_o say_v be_v retain_v but_o god_n do_v not_o impute_v sin_n in_o a_o other_o place_n he_o say_v that_o he_o will_v not_o have_v any_o remembrance_n of_o our_o sin_n at_o all_o last_o we_o learn_v that_o the_o satisfaction_n for_o sin_n of_o man_n invention_n be_v a_o most_o vain_a lie_n and_o flat_o opposite_a to_o the_o apostle_n doctrine_n i_o have_v hitherto_o allege_v two_o most_o evident_a place_n the_o one_o out_o of_o the_o gospel_n of_o christ_n the_o other_o out_o of_o saint_n paul_n his_o epistle_n write_v to_o the_o roman_n by_o which_o i_o mean_v to_o prove_v that_o christ_n be_v preach_v to_o we_o by_o the_o gospel_n be_v receive_v not_o by_o work_n but_o by_o faith_n and_o i_o hope_v i_o have_v by_o divine_a testimony_n so_o declare_v this_o matter_n of_o importance_n that_o no_o man_n shall_v need_v hereafter_o either_o to_o doubt_n or_o waver_v in_o the_o same_o to_o all_o this_o now_o i_o add_v this_o note_n still_o most_o necessary_a to_o be_v observe_v that_o all_o good_a and_o holy_a man_n in_o the_o church_n of_o christ_n must_v with_o all_o their_o power_n do_v their_o endeavour_n that_o this_o doctrine_n of_o the_o gospel_n may_v abide_v sincere_a and_o utter_o uncorrupted_a for_o they_o must_v in_o no_o case_n admit_v that_o justification_n be_v partly_o attribute_v to_o faith_n and_o the_o mercy_n of_o god_n and_o partly_o to_o the_o work_n of_o faith_n and_o our_o own_o merit_n for_o if_o that_o be_v admit_v then_o do_v the_o gospel_n loose_v all_o force_n and_o virtue_n i_o think_v therefore_o that_o all_o man_n must_v only_o and_o incessant_o urge_v this_o that_o the_o faithful_a be_v justify_v save_v or_o sanctify_v by_o faith_n without_o work_v by_o the_o grace_n and_o mercy_n i_o say_v of_o god_o
