the_o question_n in_o controversy_n betwixt_o our_o brethren_n and_o we_o only_o it_o contain_v a_o narration_n of_o their_o godly_a way_n whereupon_o they_o have_v never_o be_v challenge_v by_o their_o brethren_n that_o ever_o i_o can_v hear_v of_o fill_v with_o exclamation_n what_o can_v be_v these_o exclamation_n or_o exclamator_n we_o know_v not_o and_o therefore_o answer_v not_o sect._n teach_v or_o preach_v or_o judge_v of_o controversy_n of_o religion_n nor_o any_o executive_a power_n that_o be_v intrinsical_v unto_o the_o church_n as_o in_o the_o vocation_n deposition_n and_o suspension_n of_o minister_n in_o ecclesiastical_a censure_n in_o excommunication_n etc._n etc._n which_o be_v mere_o spiritual_a but_o only_o a_o executive_a coercitive_a and_o external_a power_n which_o be_v not_o in_o but_o about_o the_o church_n and_o for_o the_o church_n whereby_o it_o compel_v refractory_a man_n to_o obey_v the_o church_n and_o this_o authority_n belong_v actual_o and_o in_o effect_n in_o actu_fw-la exercito_fw-la as_o they_o say_v &_o jure_v in_o re_fw-la to_o true_a christian_a magistrate_n but_o to_o other_o potential_o in_o actu_fw-la signate_n and_o jure_v in_o
