excise_n upon_o foreign_a liquor_n import_v to_o be_v pay_v in_o money_n before_o land_v duty_n and_o charge_n of_o excise_n or_o new_a impost_n above_o mention_v hereby_o set_v or_o impose_v upon_o all_o and_o every_o the_o say_v foreign_a liquor_n which_o shall_v be_v import_v or_o bring_v into_o all_o or_o any_o the_o port_n of_o this_o kingdom_n and_o dominion_n thereof_o aforesaid_a from_o and_o after_o the_o five_o and_o twenty_o day_n of_o december_n next_o shall_v be_v from_o time_n to_o time_n satisfy_v and_o pay_v by_o the_o merchant_n or_o merchant_n importer_n or_o importer_n of_o the_o same_o in_o ready_a money_n upon_o his_o or_o their_o entry_n or_o entry_n make_v and_o before_o the_o land_n thereof_o and_o be_v it_o further_o enact_v by_o the_o authority_n aforesaid_a etc._n entry_n to_o be_v make_v at_o the_o office_n of_o excise_n by_o common_a brewer_n innkeeper_n etc._n etc._n that_o all_o common_a brewer_n of_o béer_n and_o ale_n shall_v once_o in_o every_o wéek_v and_o all_o inn-kéepers_a alehouse-kéepers_a victualler_n and_o other_o retayler_n of_o béer_n ale_n cider_n perry_n metheglin_n or_o strong-water_n brew_v make_v or_o retail_v the_o same_o shall_v once_o in_o every_o month_n make_v true_a and_o particular_a entry_n at_o the_o office_n of_o excise_n within_o the_o limit_n of_o which_o the_o say_a commodity_n and_o manufacture_n be_v make_v of_o all_o béer_n ale_n perry_n cider_n metheglin_n strong-water_n or_o other_o the_o liquor_n aforesaid_a which_o they_o or_o any_o of_o they_o shall_v brew_n make_v or_o retail_n in_o that_o wéek_v and_o month_n respective_o as_o aforesaid_a and_o be_v it_o further_o enact_v by_o the_o authority_n aforesaid_a that_o all_o such_o common_a brewer_n entry_n the_o penalty_n for_o not_o make_v entry_n who_o do_v not_o once_o a_o wéek_v make_v due_a and_o particular_a entry_n shall_v forfeit_v ten_o pound_n and_o that_o every_o such_o inn-kéepe_a who_o do_v not_o make_v true_a and_o particular_a entry_n once_o a_o month_n shall_v forfeit_v five_o pound_n and_o that_o every_o alehouse-kéepe_a victualler_n or_o other_o retailer_n who_o do_v not_o once_o a_o month_n make_v due_a and_o particular_a entry_n shall_v forfeit_v twenty_o shilling_n and_o be_v it_o further_o enact_v by_o the_o authority_n aforesaid_a that_o every_o common_a brewer_n pay_v the_o penalty_n for_o not_o their_o discretion_n shall_v think_v fit_a the_o same_o fine_a not_o exceed_a the_o sum_n of_o forty_o shilling_n which_o shall_v be_v to_o the_o use_n of_o the_o king_n majesty_n and_o that_o the_o they_o be_v not_o guilty_a of_o any_o such_o fraud_n miscarriage_n or_o abuse_n as_o they_o be_v complain_v of_o for_o the_o person_n or_o person_n so_o causeless_o molest_v shall_v pay_v to_o the_o warden_n or_o assistant_n or_o any_o of_o they_o so_o unjust_o molest_v double_a the_o damage_n they_o or_o any_o of_o they_o shall_v or_o may_v sustain_v by_o any_o such_o molestation_n and_o be_v it_o further_o enact_v by_o the_o authority_n aforesaid_a unseal_v none_o may_v buy_v stuff_v unseal_v that_o it_o shall_v not_o be_v lawful_a for_o any_o person_n or_o person_n to_o buy_v any_o piece_n or_o piece_n of_o stuff_n before_o the_o same_o be_v seal_v by_o the_o warden_n of_o the_o say_a trade_n save_v to_o the_o king_n majesty_n his_o heir_n and_o successor_n all_o such_o right_n of_o custom_n subsidy_n and_o aulnage_n of_o norfolk_n and_o norwich-stuffs_a or_o worsted_n or_o any_o of_o they_o as_o he_o or_o they_o may_v lawful_o have_v claim_v before_o the_o make_n of_o this_o act_n aulnage_n save_v
or_o assessment_n shall_v not_o excee_v in_o the_o whole_a above_o the_o sum_n of_o six_o penny_n in_o the_o pound_n in_o any_o one_o year_n according_a to_o the_o real_a value_n of_o the_o same_o for_o prosecution_n and_o for_o the_o more_o effectual_a mend_v the_o highway_n and_o parish-bridge_n and_o street_n the_o surveyor_n aforemention_v shall_v yearly_o at_o the_o most_o convenient_a and_o fit_a time_n between_o the_o first_o of_o may_n and_o the_o last_o of_o august_n hire_v labourer_n workman_n cart_n and_o carriage_n for_o amend_v the_o highway_n street_n parish-bridge_n aforesaid_a and_o watercourse_n and_o shall_v cause_v they_o to_o be_v well_o and_o sufficient_o mend_v workman_n the_o surveyor_n may_v charge_v cart_n and_o workman_n and_o for_o the_o better_a effect_v thereof_o be_v it_o enact_v by_o the_o authority_n aforesaid_a that_o the_o say_a surveyor_n or_o any_o of_o they_o within_o their_o several_a limit_n and_o jurisdiction_n may_v yearly_o as_o he_o shall_v see_v cause_n and_o need_v require_v direct_v and_o appoint_v every_o person_n and_o person_n who_o by_o the_o former_a law_n and_o statute_n of_o this_o realm_n be_v chargeable_a with_o work_v for_o the_o amend_v of_o the_o highway_n for_o so_o many_o day_n as_o by_o the_o law_n be_v appoint_v or_o for_o so_o many_o of_o they_o as_o the_o say_a surveyor_n shall_v think_v needful_a and_o appoint_v for_o which_o team_n work_n and_o labour_n the_o say_a surveyor_n shall_v pay_v unto_o such_o workman_n and_o owner_n of_o such_o team_n cart_n and_o wain_n according_a to_o the_o usual_a rate_n of_o the_o country_n for_o such_o work_n as_o they_o shall_v do_v over_o and_o above_o what_o by_o the_o other_o law_n make_v for_o the_o amend_v the_o highway_n they_o be_v appoint_v to_o do_v and_o if_o any_o question_n shall_v arise_v about_o the_o value_n or_o worth_n of_o such_o work_n or_o labour_n for_o man_n or_o team_n some_o justice_n of_o the_o peace_n near_o adjoin_v and_o not_o live_v in_o the_o say_a parish_n shall_v determine_v what_o be_v fit_a to_o be_v allow_v for_o such_o work_n neglect_v penaly_n upon_o such_o as_o refuse_v or_o neglect_v and_o in_o case_n any_o person_n so_o charge_v to_o send_v he_o or_o her_o team_n to_o work_v as_o aforesaid_a shall_v refuse_v or_o neglect_v to_o do_v so_o such_o person_n so_o refuse_v or_o neglect_v shall_v shall_v use_v or_o employ_v upon_o the_o same_o adjoin_v in_o what_o case_n highway_n may_v be_v enlarge_v out_o of_o man_n land_n next_o adjoin_v and_o be_v it_o further_o enact_v by_o the_o authority_n aforesaid_a that_o it_o shall_v and_o may_v be_v lawful_a to_o and_o for_o the_o say_a surveyor_n of_o the_o highway_n for_o the_o time_n be_v of_o every_o such_o parish_n town_n village_n or_o hamlet_n within_o their_o several_a precinct_n from_o time_n to_o time_n by_o order_n from_o the_o quarter-session_n and_o upon_o the_o view_n and_o by_o the_o allowance_n or_o consent_n of_o two_o or_o more_o justice_n of_o the_o peace_n of_o the_o county_n authorize_v thereunto_o by_o the_o session_n wherein_o such_o parish_n town_n village_n or_o hamlet_n shall_v lie_v under_o their_o hand_n and_o seal_n in_o writing_n where_o any_o common_a or_o public_a highway_n be_v not_o of_o the_o breadth_n of_o eight_o yard_n from_o the_o shore_n and_o brink_n of_o the_o ditch_n on_o either_o side_n or_o from_o the_o bank_n and_o hedge_n where_o there_o be_v no_o ditch_n to_o assign_v and_o lay_v out_o so_o much_o of_o any_o man_n several_a land_n next_o adjoin_v to_o the_o say_v common_a and_o public_a highway_n where_o they_o shall_v think_v it_o needful_a and_o it_o may_v convenient_o be_v do_v as_o shall_v enlarge_v the_o say_a way_n to_o be_v the_o full_a breadth_n of_o eight_o yard_n or_o so_o much_o broad_a towards_o the_o breadth_n of_o eight_o yard_n then_o now_o it_o be_v as_o convenient_o the_o place_n will_v bear_v from_o the_o say_a shore_n ditch_n bank_n or_o hedge_n by_o the_o consent_n of_o the_o owner_n or_o owner_n of_o the_o say_a land_n according_a to_o his_o or_o their_o respective_a interest_n therein_o or_o otherwise_o by_o order_n of_o the_o same_o new_a way_n or_o way_n as_o also_o any_o new_a way_n or_o way_n alter_v or_o to_o be_v alter_v by_o a_o writ_n of_o ad_fw-la quod_fw-la damnum_fw-la shall_v from_o time_n to_o time_n be_v repair_v and_o amend_v by_o such_o parish_n or_o parish_n town_n hamlet_z or_o village_n or_o by_o such_o person_n and_o person_n and_o in_o such_o manner_n and_o form_n as_o the_o say_v old_a and_o former_a common_a or_o public_a highway_n or_o way_n be_v or_o be_v to_o be_v repair_v and_o amend_v commons_o digging_z for_o gravel_n in_o waste_n and_o commons_o and_o be_v it_o further_o enact_v their_o common_a and_o public_a highway_n it_o shall_v be_v lawful_a for_o the_o surveyor_n and_o surveyor_n and_o such_o person_n and_o person_n as_o he_o or_o they_o shall_v appoint_v upon_o the_o allowance_n and_o approbation_n of_o any_o two_o justice_n of_o peace_n within_o the_o say_a county_n to_o dig_v take_v and_o carry_v away_o gravel_n chalk_n sand_n cinder_n or_o stone_n out_o of_o the_o waste_n and_o common_a of_o any_o neighbour_a parish_n town_n village_n or_o hamlet_n or_o upon_o the_o sea-coast_n without_o pay_v any_o thing_n for_o the_o same_o for_o the_o repair_n and_o or_o the_o aforesaid_a act_n of_o parliament_n relate_v to_o the_o custom_n and_o navigation_n in_o evidence_n in_o any_o of_o his_o majesty_n court_n of_o justice_n or_o other_o court_n where_o the_o say_a matter_n shall_v be_v depend_v and_o the_o judge_n of_o the_o say_a court_n be_v hereby_o strict_o enjoin_v and_o require_v to_o admit_v the_o same_o and_o to_o acquit_v and_o indemnify_v they_o and_o every_o of_o they_o of_o and_o from_o all_o such_o suit_n indictment_n information_n or_o prosecution_n for_o or_o concern_v any_o matter_n or_o thing_n act_v or_o do_v in_o the_o due_a and_o necessary_a performance_n and_o execution_n of_o their_o respective_a trust_n and_o employment_n therein_o be_v it_o hereby_o also_o enact_v for_o avoid_v of_o fraudulent_a composition_n that_o if_o any_o seizer_n informer_n for_o avoid_v fraudulent_a composition_n by_o informer_n informer_n or_o officer_n as_o aforesaid_a shall_v not_o prosecute_v to_o effect_v for_o the_o bring_n to_o trial_n and_o condemnation_n the_o ship_n good_n and_o merchandise_n by_o they_o seize_v or_o inform_v against_o that_o then_o and_o in_o every_o such_o case_n it_o shall_v be_v lawful_a to_o or_o for_o any_o of_o the_o person_n or_o person_n which_o be_v or_o shall_v be_v appoint_v by_o his_o majesty_n for_o manage_v his_o custom_n or_o the_o officer_n of_o the_o custom_n or_o other_o person_n or_o person_n depute_v by_o they_o or_o thereunto_o authorize_v by_o the_o lord-treasurer_n or_o vnder-treasurer_n to_o make_v seizure_n of_o or_o inform_v against_o such_o good_n and_o merchandise_n or_o bring_v his_o action_n for_o the_o same_o by_o way_n of_o devenerunt_fw-la and_o that_o they_o shall_v be_v esteem_v and_o adjudge_v in_o law_n as_o the_o true_a first_o informer_n and_o seizer_n and_o have_v the_o benefit_n of_o such_o informer_n or_o seizer_n any_o law_n statute_n act_n or_o usage_n to_o the_o contrary_a in_o any_o wise_n notwithstanding_o and_o that_o no_o informer_n or_o officer_n be_v suffer_v to_o compound_v under_o one_o three_o of_o the_o
shall_v be_v needful_a for_o repair_v of_o the_o several_a highway_n and_o place_n aforesaid_a and_o the_o say_v several_a surveyor_n in_o their_o respective_a county_n shall_v provide_v stone_n gravel_n and_o other_o material_n and_o necessary_n to_o be_v use_v for_o and_o towards_o the_o repair_v and_o amend_v the_o say_a highway_n at_o the_o place_n aforesaid_a and_o the_o say_a surveyor_n or_o three_o or_o more_o of_o they_o in_o their_o respective_a county_n be_v so_o meet_v and_o assemble_v be_v hereby_o authorize_v to_o appoint_v a_o receiver_n or_o collector_n of_o toll_n and_o such_o other_o officer_n and_o officer_n as_o they_o shall_v find_v necessary_a in_o their_o respective_a county_n for_o carry_v on_o the_o say_a work_n with_o such_o moderate_a allowance_n as_o shall_v be_v think_v fit_a to_o be_v approve_v of_o by_o any_o two_o or_o more_o justice_n of_o the_o peace_n for_o the_o say_v respective_a county_n for_o which_o such_o officer_n be_v so_o choose_v live_v near_o to_o the_o say_a highway_n or_o place_n aforesaid_a or_o otherwise_o to_o be_v remove_v and_o other_o fit_a person_n or_o person_n to_o be_v choose_v in_o his_o or_o their_o place_n by_o the_o say_a justice_n in_o the_o say_v several_a and_o respective_a county_n and_o for_o the_o better_a effect_v thereof_o be_v it_o enact_v by_o the_o authority_n aforesaid_a that_o the_o say_a surveyor_n or_o any_o three_o or_o more_o of_o they_o in_o their_o several_a county_n carriage_n charge_v of_o cart_n and_o carriage_n shall_v from_o time_n to_o time_n as_o they_o shall_v see_v cause_n appoint_v and_o require_v all_o and_o every_o person_n and_o person_n inhabit_v within_o three_o mile_n of_o the_o place_n aforesaid_a be_v within_o their_o several_a and_o respective_a county_n who_o by_o any_o law_n or_o statute_n of_o this_o realm_n now_o in_o force_n be_v or_o be_v chargeable_a to_o find_v any_o wain_n or_o cart_n for_o the_o amend_v of_o the_o highway_n and_o every_o other_o person_n and_o person_n chargeable_a to_o labour_v in_o the_o highway_n upon_o reasonable_a notice_n to_o send_v he_o or_o their_o cart_n or_o wain_n and_o team_n or_o to_o come_v to_o labour_v in_o the_o say_a highway_n at_o any_o the_o place_n aforesaid_a within_o their_o respective_a county_n so_o furnish_v as_o by_o the_o law_n and_o statute_n of_o this_o realm_n be_v direct_v for_o the_o amend_v of_o other_o highway_n when_o and_o so_o often_o as_o the_o say_a surveyor_n for_o their_o say_a several_a county_n owner_n allowance_n of_o wage_n to_o labourer_n and_o owner_n or_o any_o three_o or_o more_o of_o they_o shall_v think_v needful_a and_o appoint_v for_o which_o the_o say_a surveyor_n shall_v pay_v unto_o such_o labourer_n and_o to_o the_o owner_n of_o such_o team_n cart_n and_o wain_n according_a to_o the_o usual_a rate_n of_o the_o country_n and_o in_o case_n any_o person_n so_o charge_v to_o send_v he_o her_z or_o their_o team_n to_o work_v as_o aforesaid_a shall_v refuse_v or_o neglect_v so_o to_o do_v such_o person_n so_o refuse_v or_o neglect_v refuse_v the_o penalty_n for_o refuse_v shall_v forfeit_v ten_o shilling_n for_o every_o day_n that_o he_o or_o they_o shall_v make_v such_o default_n and_o every_o labourer_n eighteen_o penny_n for_o every_o day_n he_o shall_v neglect_v or_o refuse_v to_o work_v as_o aforesaid_a charge_v how_o far_o and_o often_o cart_n and_o carriage_n may_v be_v charge_v provide_v that_o no_o person_n or_o person_n by_o virtue_n of_o this_o act_n be_v compel_v or_o compellable_n to_o labour_n or_o to_o send_v he_o or_o their_o team_n cart_n or_o wagon_n for_o the_o mend_n of_o the_o say_a highway_n to_o any_o of_o the_o say_a place_n be_v above_o three_o mile_n distant_a from_o his_o dwellinghouse_n or_o not_o in_o the_o same_o county_n nor_o to_o labour_n or_o send_v he_o or_o their_o team_n cart_n or_o wagon_n for_o amend_v of_o the_o say_a highway_n above_o three_o day_n in_o any_o one_o wéek_v nor_o at_o any_o time_n in_o séed-time_n hay_n or_o corn-harvest_n wage_n who_o may_v determine_v difference_n about_o carriage_n and_o labourer_n wage_n and_o in_o case_n that_o any_o question_n shall_v happen_v to_o arise_v touch_v the_o hire_n to_o be_v give_v by_o the_o say_a surveyor_n for_o such_o team_n cart_n or_o wagon_n or_o concern_v the_o wage_n of_o such_o labourer_n employ_v in_o mend_v the_o say_a highway_n that_o then_o the_o say_a justice_n of_o the_o peace_n in_o the_o county_n where_o such_o difference_n arise_v or_o any_o two_o or_o more_o of_o they_o shall_v and_o may_v determine_v and_o set_v down_o what_o hire_n for_o such_o team_n cart_n or_o wagon_n and_o also_o what_o wage_n to_o such_o labourer_n shall_v be_v pay_v or_o allow_v by_o the_o say_a surveyor_n and_o such_o order_n in_o that_o behalf_n to_o be_v make_v shall_v conclude_v all_o party_n and_o be_v further_o enact_v by_o the_o authority_n aforesaid_a that_o where_o there_o be_v not_o sufficient_a gravel_n chalk_n sand_n or_o stone_n within_o any_o parish_n town_n village_n or_o hamlet_n wherein_o the_o say_a highway_n take_v how_o gravel_n chalk_v stone_n etc._n etc._n may_v be_v take_v or_o place_n aforesaid_a or_o any_o of_o they_o do_v lie_v to_o repair_v the_o say_a highway_n at_o any_o of_o the_o place_n aforesaid_a it_o shall_v and_o may_v be_v lawful_a for_o the_o say_a surveyor_n in_o their_o several_a and_o respective_a county_n or_o any_o three_o or_o more_o of_o they_o and_o such_o person_n and_o person_n as_o they_o shall_v appoint_v to_o dig_v take_v and_o carry_v away_o gravel_n chalk_n sand_n or_o stone_n out_o of_o the_o waste_n or_o common_a of_o any_o neighbour_a parish_n town_n village_n or_o hamlet_n without_o pay_v any_o thing_n for_o the_o same_o for_o the_o repair_n or_o amend_v of_o the_o say_a highway_n at_o any_o the_o place_n aforesaid_a or_o where_o there_o be_v not_o sufficient_a of_o such_o material_n in_o any_o common_a or_o waste_a ground_n thereunto_o near_o adjoin_v to_o dig_v in_o the_o several_a ground_n of_o any_o person_n or_o person_n not_o be_v a_o house_n garden_n orchard_n yard_n or_o park_n store_v with_o dear_a be_v within_o any_o parish_n chargeable_a towards_o the_o repair_n of_o the_o say_a highway_n and_o place_n so_o to_o be_v repair_v where_o any_o such_o material_n be_v or_o may_v be_v find_v and_o from_o time_n to_o time_n to_o carry_v away_o such_o and_o so_o much_o thereof_o as_o the_o say_a surveyor_n or_o any_o three_o or_o more_o of_o they_o in_o their_o respective_a county_n shall_v adjudge_v necessary_a for_o the_o say_a reparation_n without_o pay_v any_o thing_n for_o such_o material_n save_v only_o such_o reasonable_a satisfaction_n to_o the_o owner_n or_o occupier_n of_o the_o ground_n where_o the_o same_o shall_v be_v so_o dig_v &_o carry_v away_o as_o for_o the_o damage_n he_o or_o they_o shall_v thereby_o sustain_v to_o be_v assess_v and_o adjudge_v by_o the_o say_a justice_n of_o the_o county_n where_o the_o same_o be_v dig_v at_o the_o next_o or_o any_o other_o quarter-session_n for_o the_o say_a county_n in_o case_n of_o difference_n concern_v the_o same_o and_o that_o the_o pit_n and_o place_n where_o and_o from_o whence_o such_o material_n shall_v be_v dug_n and_o carry_v away_o for_o the_o reparation_n aforesaid_a shall_v with_o all_o convenient_a speed_n to_o be_v adjudge_v by_o the_o say_a justice_n of_o peace_n as_o aforesaid_a be_v fill_v up_o and_o level_v with_o earth_n or_o other_o material_n or_o else_o rail_v about_o so_o as_o that_o the_o same_o may_v not_o be_v deem_v dangerous_a or_o prejudicial_a to_o man_n or_o beast_n and_o for_o the_o defray_n of_o the_o charge_n of_o such_o reparation_n to_o be_v do_v in_o the_o place_n aforesaid_a be_v it_o further_o enact_v that_o from_o and_o after_o the_o choice_n of_o the_o surveyor_n aforesaid_a it_o shall_v and_o may_v be_v lawful_a to_o and_o for_o the_o say_a surveyor_n for_o the_o time_n be_v with_o such_o consent_n and_o approbation_n as_o be_v aforesaid_a passenger_n who_o may_v appoint_v the_o take_n of_o toll_n or_o custom_n of_o all_o carriage_n and_o passenger_n of_o the_o say_a justice_n of_o the_o several_a county_n within_o their_o own_o county_n and_o not_o elsewhere_o to_o choose_v and_o appoint_v one_o or_o more_o fit_a person_n or_o person_n to_o receive_v or_o take_v such_o sum_n or_o sum_n of_o money_n in_o the_o name_n of_o toll_n or_o custom_n to_o be_v pay_v for_o all_o such_o horse_n cart_n coach_n wagon_n drove_n and_o gang_v of_o cattle_n as_o in_o time_n to_o come_v shall_v pass_v be_v lead_v or_o drive_v in_o or_o through_o the_o say_a way_n or_o place_n aforesaid_a as_o be_v hereafter_o by_o this_o act_n limit_v and_o appoint_v that_o be_v to_o say_v for_o every_o horse_n one_o penny_n for_o every_o coach_n six_o
in_o force_n until_o the_o end_n of_o seven_o year_n from_o the_o expiration_n or_o determination_n of_o the_o forementioned_a act._n and_o be_v it_o further_o enact_v by_o the_o authority_n aforesaid_a that_o the_o benefit_n of_o clergy_n shall_v be_v take_v away_o from_o great_a know_v and_o notorious_a thief_n and_o spoil-taker_n in_o the_o say_a county_n of_o northumberland_n cumberland_n or_o either_o of_o they_o during_o the_o continuance_n of_o this_o present_a act_n cumberland_n clergy_n take_v away_o from_o notorious_a theives_n in_o northumberland_n cumberland_n who_o shall_v be_v due_o convict_v for_o theft_n do_v or_o commit_v within_o the_o say_a county_n or_o either_o of_o they_o or_o otherwise_o that_o it_o shall_v and_o may_v be_v lawful_a to_o and_o for_o the_o justice_n of_o the_o assize_n and_o commissioner_n of_o oyer_n and_o terminer_n or_o gaol-delivery_n before_o who_o such_o offender_n shall_v be_v convict_v within_o the_o say_a county_n or_o either_o of_o they_o to_o transport_v or_o cause_n to_o be_v transport_v the_o say_a offender_n and_o every_o of_o they_o into_o any_o of_o his_o majesty_n dominion_n in_o america_n there_o to_o remain_v and_o not_o to_o return_v any_o former_a law_n statute_n or_o usage_n to_o the_o contrary_a in_o any_o wise_n notwithstanding_o cap._n iu._n for_o bury_v in_o woollen_a only_o for_o the_o in_o woollen_a shift_n or_o shéet_v make_v of_o or_o mingle_v with_o flax_n hemp_n silk_n hair_n gold_n or_o silver_n or_o other_o than_o what_o shall_v be_v make_v of_o wool_n only_o or_o be_v put_v into_o any_o coffin_n line_v or_o face_v with_o any_o thing_n make_v of_o or_o mingle_v with_o flax_n hemp_n silk_n or_o hair_n upon_o pain_n of_o the_o forfeiture_n of_o the_o sum_n of_o five_o
