fact_n be_v notorious_a 2._o the_o knowledge_n of_o a_o unsuspected_a competent_a judge_n 3._o the_o party_n confession_n 4._o witness_n 5._o instrument_n and_o visible_a effect_n of_o the_o action_n all_o these_o evidence_n will_v be_v at_o hand_n and_o any_o one_o of_o they_o sufficient_a for_o the_o conviction_n of_o the_o guilty_a person_n at_o that_o day_n 1._o as_o the_o sin_n of_o all_o man_n so_o the_o impenitency_n and_o rebellion_n of_o the_o wicked_a be_v notorious_a or_o at_o least_o will_v be_v then_o for_o though_o some_o play_v the_o hypocrite_n and_o hide_v the_o matter_n from_o the_o world_n and_o themselves_o yet_o god_n shall_v open_v their_o heart_n and_o former_a life_n to_o themselves_o and_o to_o the_o view_n of_o all_o the_o world_n he_o shall_v set_v their_o sin_n in_o order_n before_o they_o so_o that_o it_o shall_v be_v utter_o in_o vain_a to_o deny_v or_o excuse_v they_o if_o any_o man_n will_v then_o think_v to_o make_v their_o cause_n as_o good_a to_o god_n as_o they_o can_v now_o do_v to_o we_o that_o be_v not_o able_a to_o see_v their_o heart_n they_o will_v be_v foul_o mistake_v now_o they_o can_v say_v they_o have_v as_o good_a heart_n as_o the_o best_a then_o god_n will_v bring_v they_o out_o in_o the_o light_n and_o show_v they_o to_o themselves_o and_o all_o the_o world_n whether_o they_o be_v good_a or_o bad_a now_o they_o will_v face_v we_o down_o that_o they_o do_v true_o repent_v and_o they_o obey_v god_n as_o well_o as_o they_o can_v but_o god_n that_o know_v the_o deceiver_n will_v then_o undeceive_v they_o we_o can_v now_o make_v man_n acquaint_v with_o their_o own_o unsanctified_a heart_n nor_o convince_v they_o that_o have_v not_o true_a faith_n repentance_n or_o obedience_n but_o god_n will_v convince_v they_o of_o it_o they_o can_v find_v shift_n and_o false_a answer_n to_o put_v off_o a_o minister_n with_o but_o god_n will_v not_o so_o be_v shift_v off_o let_v we_o preach_v as_o plain_o to_o they_o as_o we_o can_v and_o do_v all_o that_o ever_o we_o be_v able_a to_o acquaint_v they_o with_o the_o impenitency_n and_o unholyness_n of_o their_o own_o heart_n and_o the_o necessity_n of_o a_o new_a heart_n and_o life_n yet_o we_o can_v do_v it_o but_o they_o will_v believe_v whether_o we_o will_v or_o not_o that_o the_o old_a heart_n will_v serve_v the_o turn_n but_o how_o easy_o will_v god_n make_v they_o know_v the_o contrary_a we_o plead_v with_o they_o in_o the_o dark_a for_o though_o we_o have_v the_o candle_n of_o the_o gospel_n in_o our_o hand_n when_o we_o come_v to_o show_v they_o their_o corruption_n yet_o they_o shut_v their_o eye_n and_o be_v wilful_o blind_a but_o god_n will_v open_v their_o eye_n whether_o they_o will_v or_o not_o not_o by_o holy_a illumination_n but_o by_o force_a conviction_n and_o then_o he_o will_v plead_v with_o they_o as_o in_o the_o open_a light_n see_v here_o thy_o own_o unholy_a soul_n can_v thou_o now_o say_v thou_o do_v love_v i_o above_o all_o can_v thou_o deny_v but_o thou_o do_v love_v this_o world_n before_o i_o and_o serve_v thy_o flesh_n and_o lust_n though_o i_o tell_v thou_o if_o thou_o do_v so_o thou_o shall_v die_v look_v upon_o thy_o own_o heart_n now_o and_o see_v whether_o it_o be_v a_o holy_a or_o a_o unholy_a heart_n a_o spiritual_a or_o a_o fleshly_a heart_n a_o heavenly_a or_o a_o earthly_a heart_n look_v now_o be_v call_v the_o bless_a of_o the_o father_n both_o because_o the_o father_n bless_v they_o that_o be_v make_v they_o happy_a and_o because_o these_o bless_a one_o be_v the_o father_n own_o and_o so_o christ_n will_v publish_v it_o to_o the_o world_n in_o judgement_n that_o he_o come_v to_o glorify_v the_o father_n and_o will_v proclaim_v he_o the_o principal_a efficient_a and_o ultimate_a end_n of_o his_o work_n of_o redemption_n and_o the_o blessedness_n of_o his_o saint_n and_o that_o himself_o be_v as_o mediator_n but_o the_o way_n to_o the_o father_n it_o be_v the_o father_n that_o prepare_v the_o kingdom_n for_o they_o and_o from_o the_o foundation_n of_o the_o world_n prepare_v it_o both_o for_o they_o as_o choose_v one_o and_o for_o they_o as_o future_a believer_n and_o righteous_a one_o it_o be_v call_v a_o kingdom_n partly_o in_o respect_n to_o god_n the_o king_n in_o who_o glory_n we_o shall_v partake_v in_o our_o place_n and_o partly_o metaphorical_o from_o the_o dignity_n of_o our_o condition_n for_o so_o it_o be_v that_o ourselves_o be_v say_v to_o be_v make_v king_n rev._n 1.6_o and_o 5.1_o 1_o pet._n 2.9_o and_o not_o that_o we_o be_v proper_o king_n for_o than_o we_o must_v have_v subject_n who_o must_v be_v govern_v by_o we_o thus_o we_o see_v their_o blessedness_n in_o the_o fountain_n end_n and_o state_n of_o dignity_n as_o to_o the_o receptive_a as_o give_v by_o the_o father_n and_o redeem_a by_o the_o son_n and_o hold_v it_o in_o this_o tenure_n for_o ever_o the_o true_a believer_n be_v convince_v in_o this_o life_n that_o indeed_o there_o be_v no_o true_a blessedness_n but_o this_o enjoyment_n of_o god_n in_o the_o kingdom_n of_o heaven_n the_o lord_n reveal_v this_o to_o his_o heart_n by_o his_o word_n and_o spirit_n and_o therefore_o he_o contemn_v the_o seem_a happiness_n on_o earth_n and_o lay_v up_o for_o himself_o a_o treasure_n in_o heaven_n and_o make_v he_o friend_n with_o the_o mammon_n of_o unrighteousness_n and_o venture_v all_o his_o hope_n in_o this_o vessel_n and_o now_o he_o find_v the_o wisdom_n of_o that_o choice_n in_o a_o rich_a return_n god_n make_v he_o so_o wise_a a_o merchant_n as_o to_o sell_v
