and_o shall_v continue_v with_o they_o and_o never_o leave_v they_o till_o it_o have_v either_o turn_v they_o unto_o god_n or_o bring_v they_o unto_o hell_n the_o place_n of_o all_o such_o reprobate_a sinner_n and_o that_o we_o may_v apply_v this_o to_o the_o present_a occasion_n be_v there_o not_o many_o that_o be_v horrible_o afraid_a of_o the_o pestilence_n yea_o far_o more_o than_o they_o be_v of_o sin_n which_o bring_v it_o in_o so_o much_o that_o they_o absent_v themselves_o from_o sermon_n and_o from_o public_a prayer_n lest_o they_o shall_v be_v infect_v be_v there_o not_o very_o many_o order_v by_o god_n overruling_a hand_n they_o take_v a_o bad_a course_n to_o escape_v his_o stroke_n for_o where_o can_v they_o hide_v themselves_o but_o he_o will_v find_v they_o out_o and_o whither_o can_v they_o flee_v from_o his_o all-seeing_a presence_n he_o can_v take_v away_o the_o infection_n where_o it_o be_v and_o bring_v it_o even_o in_o a_o moment_n where_o it_o be_v not_o and_o therefore_o go_v where_o they_o can_v they_o go_v in_o continual_a danger_n for_o where_o be_v the_o sword_n of_o god_n most_o likely_a to_o smite_v but_o where_o he_o be_v most_o displease_v and_o where_o there_o be_v most_o profaneness_n and_o great_a contempt_n of_o the_o mean_n of_o salvation_n therefore_o if_o they_o will_v escape_v let_v they_o fall_v down_o before_o the_o lord_n and_o humble_v themselves_o as_o david_n do_v and_o not_o be_v so_o much_o afraid_a of_o their_o neighbour_n that_o have_v the_o plague_n as_o of_o sin_n that_o bring_v the_o plague_n and_o run_v not_o so_o much_o from_o the_o occasion_n of_o this_o sickness_n though_o all_o good_a care_n must_v be_v have_v that_o way_n as_o from_o the_o cause_n which_o if_o we_o can_v do_v then_o either_o god_n will_v spare_v we_o and_o exempt_v we_o from_o this_o stroke_n or_o else_o give_v we_o comfort_v under_o it_o and_o deliverance_n from_o it_o by_o life_n or_o death_n make_v it_o a_o mean_n utter_o to_o kill_v original_a sin_n which_o all_o his_o ordinance_n can_v but_o only_o weaken_v and_o who_o will_v be_v afraid_a of_o such_o a_o cure_n what_o child_n of_o god_n will_v not_o be_v idle_a or_o profane_a or_o wanton_a in_o their_o look_n and_o in_o their_o gesture_n let_v all_o that_o be_v near_o they_o see_v the_o vile_a disposition_n of_o their_o heart_n by_o their_o lewd_a and_o abominable_a carriage_n these_o sinful_a wretch_n be_v so_o far_o from_o be_v excuse_v by_o be_v at_o religious_a exercise_n that_o they_o be_v much_o to_o be_v condemn_v for_o that_o in_o the_o land_n of_o righteousness_n as_o the_o prophet_n speak_v they_o work_v wickedness_n and_o in_o the_o place_n where_o they_o shall_v show_v all_o manner_n of_o holiness_n they_o express_v such_o notable_a profaneness_n these_o be_v even_o like_o judas_n who_o be_v plot_v to_o betray_v his_o master_n even_o then_o when_o he_o be_v at_o the_o lord_n table_n to_o be_v partaker_n of_o the_o holy_a sacrament_n and_o they_o shall_v speed_v even_o as_o he_o do_v for_o when_o affliction_n and_o misery_n seize_v upon_o they_o as_o come_v it_o will_v soon_o or_o late_a if_o they_o prevent_v it_o not_o by_o hearty_a repentance_n then_o shall_v they_o not_o be_v able_a to_o stand_v before_o the_o lord_n nor_o before_o the_o face_n of_o their_o accuse_a conscience_n but_o shall_v be_v overwhelm_v with_o horror_n and_o amazement_n and_o be_v moreready_o to_o lay_v violent_a hand_n on_o themselves_o then_o to_o seek_v unto_o the_o lord_n for_o mercy_n who_o they_o have_v so_o hainouslie_o and_o presumptuous_o offend_v second_o let_v we_o hence_o learn_v to_o be_v the_o same_o alone_a for_o matter_n of_o godliness_n as_o we_o be_v in_o company_n and_o to_o do_v duty_n when_o no_o body_n see_v we_o even_o because_o god_n behold_v we_o as_o well_o as_o when_o many_o eye_n be_v cast_v upon_o us._n this_o will_v be_v a_o testimony_n unto_o our_o soul_n of_o great_a sincerity_n and_o uprightness_n and_o these_o private_a exercise_n of_o religion_n will_v marvellous_o fit_v we_o for_o the_o public_a and_o thence_o it_o come_v to_o pass_v that_o many_o be_v so_o loath_a to_o appear_v before_o god_n in_o the_o congregation_n or_o in_o the_o family_n and_o do_v feel_v the_o service_n of_o god_n so_o tedious_a and_o wearisome_a because_o their_o heart_n have_v not_o be_v exercise_v therewith_o in_o secret_a for_o he_o that_o deal_v with_o his_o own_o soul_n alone_o shall_v find_v so_o many_o defect_n in_o himself_o that_o he_o will_v be_v very_o desirous_a of_o the_o help_n of_o the_o saint_n in_o public_a assembly_n therefore_o let_v we_o tie_v ourselves_o every_o day_n to_o spend_v some_o time_n in_o meditate_v on_o the_o word_n in_o search_v our_o heart_n in_o humble_v ourselves_o for_o our_o offence_n past_a &_o present_a in_o pray_v to_o the_o lord_n to_o strengthen_v we_o where_o we_o be_v weak_a to_o resolve_v we_o where_o we_o be_v in_o doubt_n to_o show_v we_o our_o error_n and_o to_o direct_v we_o in_o the_o right_a way_n to_o let_v we_o see_v our_o want_n and_o to_o supply_v they_o of_o his_o rich_a grace_n let_v we_o i_o say_v constant_o perform_v these_o and_o the_o like_a duty_n in_o secret_a and_o then_o shall_v it_o be_v plain_a unto_o our_o soul_n that_o we_o be_v guide_v by_o god_n good_a spirit_n and_o howsoever_o be_v injurious_a unto_o god_n and_o unto_o man_n unto_o the_o offender_n and_o unto_o ourselves_o because_o their_o blood_n shall_v be_v require_v at_o our_o hand_n therefore_o let_v we_o careful_o by_o their_o wife_n child_n and_o kinsfolk_n if_o they_o be_v thrifty_a like_a to_o become_v good_a husband_n witty_a and_o politic_a or_o if_o they_o be_v such_o as_o for_o their_o gift_n can_v bring_v some_o revenue_n to_o their_o stock_n or_o afford_v some_o profit_n unto_o they_o how_o deep_a sinner_n soever_o they_o be_v against_o god_n that_o make_v no_o matter_n it_o little_a grieve_v they_o whereby_o they_o bewray_v their_o great_a corruption_n that_o they_o be_v neither_o zealous_a in_o truth_n of_o god_n glory_n nor_o lover_n aright_o of_o their_o child_n because_o they_o can_v be_v sharp_a enough_o in_o reprehension_n if_o they_o fail_v but_o a_o little_a in_o thriftiness_n and_o yet_o be_v too_o too_o cold_a in_o admonition_n if_o they_o fail_v never_o so_o much_o in_o godliness_n well_o let_v these_o fleshly_a zealous_a man_n lay_v to_o their_o heart_n the_o blind_a affection_n of_o heli_n 4._o 1._o sam._n 2._o &_o 3_o &_o 4._o who_o be_v the_o dear_a child_n of_o god_n be_v severe_o punish_v of_o the_o lord_n for_o that_o he_o be_v not_o zealous_o affect_v to_o punish_v the_o gross_a and_o foul_a offence_n of_o his_o child_n but_o bless_a be_v they_o that_o can_v forget_v their_o own_o cause_n and_o even_o with_o icopardie_n of_o nature_n can_v defend_v the_o quarrel_n of_o god_n labour_v henceforth_o to_o know_v no_o man_n after_o the_o flesh_n nor_o zeal_n oppose_v itself_o against_o the_o sin_n of_o the_o mighty_a or_o gainsay_v they_o can_v prevail_v against_o they_o here_o come_v another_o property_n of_o zeal_n to_o be_v speak_v of_o and_o that_o be_v that_o it_o fear_v not_o the_o face_n of_o the_o mighty_a neither_o be_v it_o dismay_v at_o the_o look_n of_o the_o proud_a and_o lofty_a such_o be_v the_o courage_n of_o job_n who_o beside_o that_o he_o make_v the_o young_a man_n ashamed_a of_o their_o liberty_n &_o afraid_a of_o his_o gravity_n make_v even_o the_o prince_n also_o to_o stay_v their_o talk_n 29.8.9_o job._n 29.8.9_o and_o to_o lay_v their_o hand_n on_o their_o mouth_n and_o yet_o here_o we_o must_v beware_v of_o their_o hasty_a zeal_n who_o will_v not_o stick_v to_o charge_v the_o child_n of_o god_n to_o be_v without_o zeal_n if_o present_o and_o abrupt_o they_o rush_v not_o into_o a_o open_a reprehension_n of_o man_n that_o be_v mighty_a in_o authority_n as_o though_o no_o regard_n of_o time_n place_n or_o person_n be_v to_o be_v have_v which_o opinion_n many_o by_o weakness_n of_o judgement_n defend_v find_v neither_o fruit_n in_o other_o nor_o comfort_n in_o their_o own_o conscience_n when_o they_o do_v admonish_v in_o that_o presumptuous_a manner_n for_o that_o hunt_n after_o ferventness_n without_o the_o spirit_n of_o meekness_n and_o cast_v off_o all_o consideration_n of_o a_o godly_a opportunity_n they_o rather_o exasperate_v then_o humble_a the_o party_n admonish_v and_o they_o themselves_o rather_o depart_v with_o confusion_n and_o shame_n for_o such_o post_v on_o without_o warrant_n of_o wisdom_n then_o with_o comfort_n of_o heart_n for_o any_o duty_n do_v neither_o be_o i_o here_o ignorant_a how_o great_a danger_n of_o trouble_n of_o mind_n come_v to_o many_o in_o that_o they_o be_v so_o curious_a observer_n and_o waiter_n of_o opportunity_n do_v for_o some_o ease_n of_o the_o flesh_n under_o the_o cloak_n of_o this_o wisdom_n altogether_o leave_v off_o that_o godly_a duty_n wherefore_o as_o we_o affirm_v that_o wisdom_n and_o love_n mix_v together_o do_v deep_o enter_v into_o the_o most_o prefract_a &_o prodigious_a spirit_n so_o we_o mislike_v their_o fearful_a delay_n of_o duty_n who_o have_v a_o mean_a occasion_n offer_v they_o from_o the_o lord_n do_v not_o zealous_o and_o earnest_o rebuke_v sin_n though_o in_o some_o high_a personage_n out_o of_o this_o may_v issue_v another_o frutit_fw-la of_o holy_a zeal_n namely_o when_o we_o be_v zealous_a in_o their_o behalf_n who_o can_v never_o recompense_v we_o again_o and_o that_o in_o defend_v their_o right_n against_o oppressor_n that_o be_v crafty_a &_o mighty_a than_o they_o thus_o job_n deliver_v the_o poor_a that_o cry_v 29.12_o job._n 29.12_o the_o fatherless_a and_o he_o that_o have_v none_o to_o help_v he_o he_o be_v the_o eye_n to_o the_o blind_a and_o foot_n
